Excellent hotel with helpful staff

Excellent services and friendly staff. The room was spacious and clean. The location was great, close to the bus stop and a small walk away from the beach. The staff even brought me a birthday cake without me or my partner asking for it.

There were some minor things that could be improved. The features included a safety box, but I had to pay extra to get the key for that. The breakfast was good, but the selection did not change at all during the week. When we first arrived, the water from the sink and shower was brown for a minute or two. The shower in general changed the temperature of the water a lot. Sometimes it was burning hot. This might be something that is a problem with the whole island though.

Lovely stay

The whole complex is well maintained and clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly. The lady who organised the entertainment was so lovely and made the holiday for my children.

The hotel staff were all so welcoming , it was spotlessly maintained and a lovely chilled vibe about the place

Probably our only gripe would be about the slow service at the bar, this in no way reflects the staff it seemed a helping extra pair of hands would have been useful at times and it appeared the till system seemed to be part of the problem of slowing things down Also if you have any mobility issues the hills may be a problem x

We had a fantastic holidays 👍

Everything was great, we had a fantastic holidays and we will be back again. Hotel is family friendly, but also great for couples. We booked a sea view apartment with own balcony were we could relax in the sun. Food was delicious, breakfast was amazing with loads of options, including Prosecco 😂, dinner (buffet) also fantastic with loads of options. Customer Service excellent, very friendly. Apartments are clean and modern. Close to shops, beach and other restaurants and pubs. Overall we had a great experience 👍

Fab stay!

Location, modern, plenty of space to find to relax even though hotel fully booked, staff are great and do best to accommodate requests. Entertainment was good with variety of different acts bought in from outside. Evening cocktails were great!

fabulous apartments, lovely pool area, very clean

apartment was spacious and very clean, pool area and snack bar was great. Really liked the location as it was quiet and less than 10 min walk into the old town

Wi-Fi didn’t work. But, to be fair, we didn’t raise the issue to reception as it didn’t really bother us. Breakfast was inconsistent, i.e hot food was cooked really great one day and not the next

Staff was very friendly and professional. Hotelroom equiped as appartment and was very good. Good shower! Good breakfast. Very good buffet at christmas. Really nice beddings to relax in the non Pool area.

Reallt nice hotel but: Bed too hard. Pool water really too cold. Food often not hot but luke warm (lauw). We put a blanket on the matrass to soften the bed. Regarding the pool: We are swimming at home weekly but this was really very cold and many people complainted about it. Be aware that hotel is on the mountain, some people walk down to city centre and take bus or taxi back.

The holiday was value for money

The holiday went well. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good. The young girl organising play and entertainment for children was excellent. I will be booking another next year.

There should be at least one movie channel in english on the TV. tToo many foreign channels.

very pleasantly surprised - have changed my mind about half board and resort holidays

We were on a half board deal - excluding drinks. this worked really well for us, no noisy drinking parties during the day or night. made for a nice, comfortable family oriented feel. Resort very well kept, extremely comfortable cabana style sun beds, spacious one bed apartment, large balcony overlooking the pool. lovely helpful and happy/smiley staff - made the holiday.

minor niggle but by end of week realised the beds were just a little too hard on old bones. evening buffet food was a little hit and miss. saying that we are out a lot as we enjoy trying different restaurants in the evening but we usually started with a first course before leaving for drinks and mains off site - breakfast was good, plenty of choice
