L'arrivée autonome au milieu de la nuit nous a bien aidé mais c'est le seul point positif, les clés étaient sur la porte de la chambre. La plage est à quelques minutes à pieds et une épicerie est disponible au bout de la rue.

Chambre d'un autre temps, avec une climatisation inutilisable puisque pas de télécommande. Nous avons envoyé un message resté sans réponse jusqu'à ce jour. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé mais la télécommande TV n'avait qu'une seule pile, donc inutilisable également. La "vue" de la chambre est un mur et donne sur la terrasse du petit déjeuner à littéralement 2 mètres. Le petit déjeuner est très sommaire, tout posé sur une table en pleine chaleur, rien au frais, ni le lait ni les jus. Je pense sincèrement qu'il s'agissait de la pire chambre possible, arrivée tardive mais réveil très matinal à cause du bruit. Communication impossible avec la seule dame que nous avons croisé en partant.

Hairdryer started smoking and was shooting pieces of melted plastic. We reported it but we did not get a new one.

There were no cosmetics (hand soap and shower gel) in the bathroom, nor in the kitchen.

very nice hotel, Penelope and her family were very welcoming and customer oriented by giving advice for my stay. I really recommend you this place, located in front of the beach and close to Rethymnon city.

Hotel is in a good location close to the beaches. The rooms are also upgraded and quite nice.

I felt like this was more of a rental apartment than a hotel. My husband and I were in Greece for the first time and had no idea how to get places, where to go, how to book taxis, etc. Each time we went to reception to ask questions there was no one there. Overall, I would say this is a fine hotel if you are not looking for the services that a hotel usually offers.

Location was perfect near to the beach and close to the main street and my friends. Quiet and private.

I didn't see anyone from the hotel other than the cleaner apart from on my arrival so not sure of there was a bar I could use ? I assume I could have use the pool by the apartments? It was fine as I hadn't planned to be there much but couldn't even find someone to pay on the last day and assume they will take the money from my account.
