Location is great and the staff was very helpful and kind

The toilette was not working properly (it needs to be fixed or renewed). There is no elevator so it gets complicated to carry your luggage to the upper floors (however the staff was helpful in this matter). The room was noticeable less nice than it looks in the pictures..

The location in downtown, near to everything

Beds unconfortable/No bath towels/ Poor breakfast

Everything old , the showers terrible , furniture in worst condition , the woman reception try to take money from us for the chair what was ruin even before us , terrible experience . They looking on the foreign as to bag with dollars .
