great location overlooking the city. clean an comfortable apartment which was very well appointed. all I needed was there. it also had a car parking position

Very comfortable three bdr apartment. Double glazing with heat pumps on both levels. Car park right outside the door. Such a lovely touch with the local freshly ground coffee and chocolate!
The apartment was perfect for the three of us staying. The only thing to consider if you are using all three bedrooms is that there is only one toilet - 2 showers though with great pressure.

Handy location, spacious lounge with 3 x 2 seater couches.
The noisey water pipes when using the bathroom and kitchen water was noticeable during sleep time. Otherwise happy guests.

The little surprise of coffee and chocolate was lovely. Room was warm, spacious and lovely. Cute wee outdoor area would be lovely if the weather was better.
Only complaint was people from room above us - not so much noisy but could hear them walking around.

It was spacious and comfortable for a family group of 5 adults..The lounge and kitchen were well appointed. The beds were comfortable.
The choice of pillows was limited and it would have been good to have a few spare pillows of different fullness.
It also would have been nice if less utilitarian toiletries were available. Small things that would have made a big difference.

It was a lovey place to stay, well appointed with facilities (huge walk in wardrobe), lovely outside courtyard. Host was wonderful, easy to talk to and extremely helpful with locations to visit etc. Close to the centre of town but far enough off the main road so that there was no traffic noise at night. Would recommend to anyone and will use again when travelling to Dunedin.

Lovely clean sunny accommodation. Good communication with the owner, and had every convenience you need.Two bathrooms and one loo but this worked well. Great to be able to do some washing and the complimentary plunger coffee and chocolate was lovely. Easy parking. Great place to stay and a quiet location. A wood pigeon feasted daily on a tree outside.
The bed comfort was average. Suggest one has a car to access as up a steep hill.

access up the very short steep drive was tricky for my husband ( has balance issues with his health condition & walks with walking stick) when cars were packed in the way meaning we could not drive him straight to the door.

Very clean & tidy. Excellent location to town but still quiet.
Would have preferred to have parking outside the unit as stated in advertisement instead of a distance away. Fortunately the weather was fine.

It would have been really handy if there was some kitchen basics like oil. The light in the bathroom didn't stay on.

Lots of rooms to suit the needs of people staying. Accessing property easy. Comfy beds. Heaters on ready for our arrival - a lovely touch.
Kitchen was very minimally stocked. This made cooking and meals a juggle. Some more mugs, cutlery and a wider range of cooking gear would have been appreciated.

Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay to explore the city.
A bit of an uphill walk from the city centre, once there it is a very quiet location.

This apartment was perfect for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms, 2 showers and seperate lounge and kitchen. Location is very handy to city centre so easy walking distance down the hill - just the walk back up the hill is not as much fun 😂
Only having one toilet in the apartment!

The accommodation was located in a great location, only about a 10 minute walk to the Octagon and 20 minutes from the stadium which was perfect because we came to Dunedin for the rugby game. The place itself was lovely perfect for me and my partner. The bed was comfortable and they even left complimentary coffee and chocolate such a nice touch. I would definitely stay here again 😊
There wasn't anything that I couldn't think of that I didn't like.
