Futura Yacht Club #205 - This charming condo is located in the Futura Yacht Club community, located at mile marker 88.5 on the bay side in Islamorada. The unit comes fully furnished with a full kitchen, dining room, large living room with sleeper sofa, expansive balcony with great views of the Florida Bay and the community's two tennis courts, along with two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. All you'll need is your toothbrush and a swimsuit, and you're all set for a fabulous Florida Keys vacation. The Futura Yacht Club HOA charges- onsite-$150 per trailer and $50 per boat fee. These fees will not show up on your rental agreement, as the fees are collected upon check in at Futura Yacht Club. If booking more than a year in advance current prices may not reflect annual cost of living increase. Many of our guests' re-book the same property on an annual basis. Payments for your vacation rental will be made thru Freewheeler Vacations. You will also see a charge from VRBO which covers their booking service fee which is already included in the total cost. We prefer payments via personal check or eCheck. However, if you opt to pay by credit card, a 3% convenience fee will be applied to your rental. You will receive the Freewheeler Vacations Vacation Rental Agreement via email, which must be signed before your arrival. All future correspondence will be made through Freewheeler Vacations.
