Located in West Hyannisport, this charming house for £219 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Clean, gorgeous and luxurious, three bedroom (sleeps 8), two full bathrooms (one with double vanity), central air, new tankless hot water system, large updated kitchen with new stainless steel appliances with gas range, two indoor living areas (living room and separate game room), three flat screen TV's, two Wi-Fi (non overlapping), cable television. Two outdoor living areas: a covered front porch with rocking chairs and a large deck with dining table and chairs, gas grill (no more propane tanks to refill), and an outdoor shower. New landscaping, including circular driveway and a fenced yard (sorry, no smoking, no pets). We also include a beach pass, bikes, and kayaks. Professionally decorated, hardwood floors throughout, all new furniture and new to the market. Located in the desirable "The Avenues" 2/10 mile to Seaside Park Beach, 1.0 miles to Craigville Beach. Avoid the gridlock Saturday Cape traffic and stay Sunday to Sunday!

The property is amazing, with every amenity you could ask for! Location is also very convenient to town, beaches, shops, etc.
Ellen is a wonderful host. There was a temporary issue with the central AC and she arranged to have portable units overnighted and communicated with me the entire time.
I have stayed here in the past and look forward to my next visit.

5th time staying at Ellen's place. Another wonderful week. Mornings walking or running; days at the beach, late afternoons kayaking and paddle boarding and evenings grilling and hanging around the gas fire pit. All GOOD!!

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, comfortable and beautiful home. The house had everything we could possibly need and the neighborhood and local area were both great - so much to see and do. We communicated with the owner several times and she always responded promptly and provided whatever guidance we needed. I highly recommend this property.

We had an amazing time at this location. The property was so comfortable and spread out nicely. Everyone had their own space and the home is furnished with class and beauty, but yet also comfortable. I would highly recommend a stay.

Beautiful property! Perfect for 4 women traveling together. Very spacious. Beds and furniture super comfortable and kitchen has every appliance you could ask for. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch. Unfortunately due to weather we were never able to use the large gas fire table in the back. 😟
Check in and check out process was super easy and Ellen was very responsive to our questions we had while at the house.

We had our extended family out to the Cape to meet our newest grandson. The accommodations were lovely and cozy. Beautiful home, host was spectacular and we had no complaints about anything! Great home base for our stay and wonderful place to host us all for a BBQ dinner Sunday night! Strong recommend! Thanks Ellen for everything!

The rental was exactly as pictured, it was very clean and spacious for our family of five adults. The master bed was very comfortable. The house is located in a quiet but friendly neighborhood with a picturesque private area with water launch, picnic tables and a small beach. We spent a lot of time there. Great location to watch the sunset. The area is convenient to the bus terminal, airport, ferry to Nantucket, and nice beaches. And downtown Hyannis has lots of great shops and restaurants. The host was very responsive to our questions when we first checked in. We loved our stay!

Absolutely stunning house in a great location! Proximity to Craigville beach is unbeatable. Even nicer in person than in photos! Ellen was so sweet and wonderful to work with. Cannot wait to stay here again! Would highly recommend!

Rented this beautiful house for our first family vacation with our kids and granddaughter. The house is just as lovely as it looks online and is equipped with everything you need besides your clothes and personal items. Spacious enough that we could spread out. In a quiet walkable neighborhood near a nice beach. Communication with the owner was great.

The house was absolutely beautiful and just as pictured. Check in was very easy and communication with the owner was perfect. There’s a small waterfront at the end of the road which is private for this neighborhood and really tranquil. This house is less than a mile to the beaches. I can’t say enough positive things about this listing and can’t wait to go back!

The owner was wonderful to work with and most responsive. Only real problem was working through unfriendly VRBO system. Property itself was fine and well cared for. I would recommend it to anyone who had two couples looking for a place to stay on the Cape.

Fantastic house, great location
Property owner was responsive and accommodating. The house has a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and extra pillows. Double and single kayak and 4 bicycles are a nice plus. Nice neighborhood to ride bikes. Outdoor shower is great for returning from the beach.
