Also offers a loft bedroom with views of Lewis Bay, Queen room with sliders to private deck, Double twin room, and Triple twin room round out the private sleeping accommodations. Second level open floor plan with Fireplace living room. dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook all with water views. Prepare special meals in our gourmet appointed kitchen with massive granite countertop island and enjoy your family dinner at our table for 12. After dinner enjoy your dessert on the large second level outside deck with water views. An oversized Family Room with cathedral ceiling, arched windows and skylights, complete with HD large screen TV and dolby sound bar also includes a "puzzle table" for those occasional rainy days. A first floor den with HD TV provides an alternate entertainment area. Both Family room and Den include pull out queen sofa beds, for additional guests. The home is located in the exclusive Great Island gated community and offers three private beaches, one on Lewis Bar just feet from the house, and two on Nantucket Sound, just a short walk away. We provide wheeled beach carts for your convenience. A terrific and safe location for families.

We stayed at this fabulous property over Christmas with a large mixed group ages13 to 65. The house is more beautiful than in the pictures, and there are so many separate spaces to enjoy. The weather was mostly rainy, so we spent a lot of time indoors and were so grateful for the shuffleboard and pool tables. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need for cooking or baking for a large group, and the dining table was large enough for us all to eat together. I would love to retun in the summer and take more advantage of the outdoor space.

This is our 3rd year renting this home with dear friends. It has become an end of year, friend reunion that we look forward to. We love the home and floor plan. Many places to retreat to and read, play games or watch the game. Comfortable bedrooms and 3 full baths for a crowd, and a lav off the kitchen. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need for a delicious meal. There is a second fridge in the garage for food storage overflow and beverages. We have found the oven to be a bit wonky. It required higher temperatures and extended cooking time to get our food cooked properly. There is a new wine fridge that worked well for our wine aficionados. We do think the home could be a bit cleaner, but we assume it has been vacant after the summer rentals. The property owner, Steve has been so accommodating. He responds immediately to any questions or requests. We appreciate his prompt response to ANY inquiry! We have said that we would love to rent this property during the summer to enjoy the multiple decks and the small beach right outside the door! Unfortunately, it is always completely booked!? We understand why! Until we're lucky enough to add an additional rental period, we will look forward to our annual gathering at this beautiful property!!!

This home was exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our anniversary with our family. Fantastic views, plenty of space for 10 adults, and a completely stocked kitchen. The home even had a game room to keep us occupied on a rainy night. Private, quiet neighborhood perfectly situated between Hyannis and Chatham. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The place was full of updates. There were great views from almost every room, a well equipped kitchen, and all the comforts of home. It was a great place for a group of friends to cpgather and explore the Cape.

What a gorgeous house in a lovely location. Every room was thoughtfully planned out and the property was very kid friendly. The one thing I would say is that it does have a fireplace but it is not made to have fires in, which was a bit disappointing since it was something we were looking for when traveling to the cape in the off season. Other than that, strongly suggest this rental!

This was almost a return home for us. Many years ago we stayed at the Red Jacket less than a mile away, so we were familiar with the area. Fifteen minutes to Baxter’s - five minutes to Pirates Cove - perfect in and out of Hyannis!! A perfect mid-Cape location! The house and the beach are stellar…as I said; Near Perfection!

The property was awesome and the photos don’t do it justice. Great stay, beautiful home with tons of space in a quiet neighborhood right on the water and 1 house away from beautiful sunsets. The home had all of the amenities for a large family gathering. The property owners went out of their way to outfit the home for young families and older.

The house was exactly what we wanted and more! It is so spacious with I believe four family rooms for talking, board games, shuffleboard, reading and watching football. We ate every meal in as the kitchen had absolutely everything needed for meal prep! The house was spotless and we were very comfortable with the number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family. We had four couples and two grandchildren ages 5 and 2. We also spent time outdoors on walks and runs through the pretty neighborhood. I recommend this property without hesitation. Five star stay!
