La vue est exceptionnelle. C'était très agréable de prendre le petit déjeuner en extérieur sur notre terrasse privative. Nos hôtes ont été très accueillants et disponibles.

Aucune possibilité de se restaurer le soir aux alentours de l'hôtel, étant excentré de Fira.

Las vistas son impresionantes! El mejor atardecer que he visto en mi vida, y desde el balcón de nuestra habitación. Mucho mejor que el atardecer de Oia. Nosotros decidimos no alquilar coche, y el transporte público nos funcionó muy bien. Pudimos descansar riquísimo porque no había ruido ni tampoco pasan personas en frente de tu habitación como puede pasar en Fira o Oía. Ha sido un lugar mágico

Lokalizacja - przy głównej ulicy, blisko Lidla i przystanku autobusowego. Widok z pokoju na basen i kalderę. Pyszne śniadania, wcześniej zamawiane z listy na konkretną godzinę, podawane do pokoju. Basen czysty, z przyjemnie chłodną wodą.

Za szybko musieliśmy wyjeżdżać 😁

The location. To see the sunset from your own terrace. An oasis from the tourism of the rest of the island. Great pool.

The shower looked great but it was impossible to shower without flooding the whole bathroom floor. Staff seemed abit tired of it all.

All the staff were friendly and helpful in every way. Our room was really nice, it was very clean, cool and nice size. The pool was wonderful after a hot day out. The views were stunning!

The Pool was always quiet, view, hosts are very welcoming and helpful. Fira is reachable by walking if you prefer or else the bus as the villa is on a straight road into fira (taxi is a bit of a waste due to cost). Lidl, pharmacy, supermarket all an across the road 2-4 min walk, overall would recommend.

Amazing view and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Worth spending a night in to enjoy the location and the spectacular sunset.Most properties we saw looked very hemmed in with little space and privacy. Great breakfast and super helpful with car hire etc

Incredibly beautiful views from the pool - a real wow moment on arrival! Peaceful & quiet location. Bakery nearby with variety of foods & Lidl supermarket within walking distance. Rooms very clean offering excellent views. Room service with breakfast was a lovely touch. Staff were very welcoming & informative. A restaurant within walking distance. A wonderful resort situated just outside of Fira, escaping the crowded streets & noise. Perfect!

Hotel doesn't have a restaurant on site but as above, plenty nearby for food & drinks to enjoy on your balcony with that view!

If you dont have a car or something like that, you have to take the bus to fira. Its doable but i think you’ll need a car if you stay at villa thiranthemis

The views were absolutely spectacular. Breakfast on the patio every morning. Joanna, Manuelo and family made us feel like family. I would stay here again.

Very well located, 3km away from the busy Fira center. We had rented a car, so it was very convenient for us to have a free parking spot just in front of the hotel to go in and out to visit the rest of the island. They serve you an amazing breakfast at your room and at the time that you choose every morning (you can modify the time and breakfast selection every day). The ocean view from the hotel room is great, the pool is super convenient and the staff is amazing! I definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful location, the service and breakfast were exceptional and the owners were friendly and cared about their guests.

The property does not have a restaurant but that was not a negative since we did not go to Santorini to eat in a restaurant. They do prepare breakfast that was exceptional and served on the balcony of each room.

The shower head spat a little & the bathroom sometimes smelled of damp water but we left the window open & it didn’t bother us - the bedroom was clean & fresh

You could not better the view and the sunsets from the property. There was also the unexpected bonus of constant boat movements across the caldera which was mesmerising - making it hard to read a book instead of looking at the stunning view and boat traffic. Contrary to some reviews, breakfast was full of choice with very healthy options and served on our private terrace, always with a morning smile. The accommodation was roomy and quiet - no road noise despite the location to one of the busiest roads on the island. The road runs behind the accommodation and not in front of it. Having a fridge and basic cutlery allowed us to enjoy lunch, tea, coffee and sunset drinks looking at the stunning view. If you prefer to do your own thing and don't need 3 restaurants, two pools, room service, etc this is the place to be. The beds have been criticised in previous reviews but we found them perfectly comfortable. The staff were super helpful and charming.

The shower - although there was plenty of hot water and pressure, the handheld shower only produced a dribble. However the rain shower head worked very well but as there was no screen the floor of the bathroom became drenched. I think management could work on these irritating problems over the winter. We didn't complain as it was towards the end of the season and wasn't the end of the world for us. We also asked for a bulb to be replaced in the bedside light twice - to no avail - again a shame but not the end of the world.

Room was lovely with a great view of the Caldera. Breakfast on the terrace was great and staff were very helpful.

the views are the best on the whole island. the staff was super friendly. it was great that you could choose what you want for breakfast, it was tasty but a bit monotonous.

there was someone’s hair in the bathroom drawer under the sink when we arrived and very disturbing smell from the pipes in the bathroom.
