The location: Located near to Pattaya North Bus Station. There are lots of options for food, restaurants & night markets.

Morning-shift Female Receptionist: - Unfriendly: No smile. We did not feel the warm welcome upon check-in. She seemed annoyed by the previous group of guests, so we are treated with the same unwilling tone of voice. This is very rare experience among many places in Bangkok we have visited where everyone is happy & friendly. - Unhelpful: We booked 2 nights, but stayed only 1 night due to last-minute plan change. Coming and check whether we can discuss for some help on refund of the 2nd night, the same lady gave us a very short answer “No refund” without any basic hospitality manner showed that she wants to help. Hope the owner & manager can read this feedback and coach her on how to deal with customers as the 1st impression does really count in this hospitality industry. Beside that lady, other staff seem alright. The guy who delivers breakfast was quite helpful once we asked to pick up our breakfast earlier than the booked time.

My secound time staying here and was pleasant as the first time. Checked in near midnight and the lone staff managing the counter didn't look friendly but that soon was dispelled when he started to check us in. Rooms were big, clean and plesant (i.e. not noisy, no funny or stinky smells etc.). Big breakfast in the morning delivered to our rooms!

Only complaint for this stay was the pool had too much chlorine. It stung my eyes as soon as I dived into the pool.

They were friendly. Spoke English. Elevator and everything worked.

The furniture is outdated but the room is spacious and clean enough. It was convenient for us to have microwave and kitchenette in the room. The staff rather helpful.

To clean floor in some common areas (corridors and stairs)

It's has pretty much everything you needed for few days.

There nearest grocery store was a bit far from the location.

Everything was exceptional . I highly recommend this property.
