Es war ruhig, gemütlich und in guter Entfernung zur Altstadt. DANKE!

Wir haben Ihr Hotel auf Anhieb gefunden. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück war bestens. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.

Wunderschöner Kurzurlaub zu zweit, wo es einem an nichts mangelt

Einwandfrei sauber, sehr zentral gelegen. Stets freundliches Personal. Moderne, stilvolle Ausstattung sowie großes Zimmer.

I wish that we had been warned about the roadworks as it made it difficult to reach the hotel.

A very respectful-to-the-visitor cozy city-hotel

Everything as described in the site. Very clean and neat. Very friendly and helpful staff. 5' from the center, I will stay again if i return. Highly recommended

Pleasant stay

The location is not far from town and it's about a 10 minute walk. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean.

A bed is a little hard but other than that everything is good

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Rooms were perfectly clean, well equipped, spacious with extra comfy beds. Hotel is located in a quit street, but main train station and city center are less than 15 mins by foot.

Nice and centrally located place to stay

Very convenient location, 15 min walk from the railway station and a short walk to the main attractions. Nice and comfortable room. Friendly and helpful staff.

It would be nice to have a tea maker in the room since the lobby is closed after 8 pm.

Quiet hotel 15-20 mins walk from the heart of the city

It's a nice little hotel about 15 mins fast walk from the main street in Heidelberg with all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is located in a very quiet area. The room was spacious and the beds were comfy. We did not try the breakfast but it looked like there were many choices.

Very comfortable property with easy access to the centre of town

We travelled with our teenage and adult sons to Heidelberg. The staff here were very helpful, the rooms spotlessly clean and comfortable. The property is an easy walk to the centre of town and all the sights.

Very good

The buildings were all very pretty with historic charm (stained glass windows, chandeliers), and the rooms themselves were very well equipped and modern. We were especially impressed with the bathroom. It was very clean and comfortable to use. The beds were also comfy and didn't have too many pillows or blankets, which is annoying to us from our experience at other hotels.

There was no safe in the room. Also, not all parts of the hotel are accessible via elevator. This wasn't an issue for us, but if you have accessibility concerns, I would clarify with the staff if they can accommodate.

Superb

This is a fantastic property which is located in a quiet section of the 'Weststadt' suburb in Heidelberg. The hotel room was clean and contained a well equipped kitchenette. The hotel staff were also very helpful and were available to answer any questions or queries throughout the period of duration at the accommodation.

The only issue with this property is that you could often hear other people staying in other rooms in the hotel and there was some occasional noise coming from the street.

Room interior is very good, bathroom, very good facilities in the studio room, room size is good, breakfast variations is not large but still has different options and good taste. Receptionists were friendly and cooperative.

Room didn't had air condition and strangely it extremely absorbs the heat There is a fan but isn't that helpful and only solution is to open windows for long time. Reception offered to change to another room with A/C but I didn't change as it was only 1 night. Location of the hotel is a bit far from the downtime, yet, it is a 5 min walking distance to start your journey in the beautiful main shopping street and another couple of mins to reach the river so still location is acceptable if you like walking but you will take another 15 to 20 mins to reach the Altstat.

Central and quite charming apartment hotel.

Large appartement with good bathroom.

Arriving on a rainy Sunday and finding an empty keybox was not that fun. After calling the emergency number a couple of times within half an hour, we got a new code to another keybox with a spare key.
