The location of the residency is quite good. It was clean and OK.

I arrived on a Sunday evening , the reception was closed. I tried to reach the reception by phone for the whole weekend, no answer. nobody responded to messages via Booking.com. The address in the booking confirmation was not the address to the hotel/residence but the address to the reception some 100m away-which was closed and not easy to recognize. The picture on Booking.com did not show the hotel but another building. The name of the hotel in the booking confirmation was not the name of the hotel I actually stayed in. it took me nearly 1 hour to find the hotel/residency, I was about to give up and book in to another hotel, because I just could not find the residency. Nobody answered the phone number stated in the booking confirmation. after asking random people I met on the street I finally found a nice gentleman that knew how the system worked and he showed me a small sign with a phone number where actually somebody answered and let me into the building with a code which I previously did not have, to get a key for rhe residency some 100ms away. The whole system is totally absurd. Nothing of this is mentioned with one single word in the booking confirmation.

It could be cleaner. The rooms would benefit from a renovation

For a couple of nights the place is adequate, especially so given the price. Staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. Pool is nice but does get busy. Nice view from the room. Good air con. Excellent shower

Room is very small

Appartment is pretty big. Airconditioning is not additionaly charged. Beaches are sandy and beatiful.

Rooms are not being cleaning by the staff.

Reception desk not properly signed outside, can be little bit annoying to look for it with luggage and 3 kids in the evening

the price value is good. not too far from the beaches or the centre. clean and comfortable.

Reasonable price. A little cosy for 6 but worked okay as we weren't indoors much. Handy little cleaning kit.

The sofa bed mattress was stained. The apartment was sparcely equipped but we managed. Glad we didn't have to cook in there. Tricky to find the additional quilts we needed, shame it's not a bit clearer in the instructions.

Location is perfect and the view from the top floors is amazing. It was clean and the Murphy bed was comfortable. It helps that it has a laundry room.

The small check-in window can be a problem if your flight gets changed. My request for late check-in (21.00) was automatically rejected. The room is pretty small once the bed is lowered and there's no room to pass from one side to the other.
