Accessible to alot of shops and restaurants

Our room had a faulty kettle told front desk and was told they didn't have another and they will go up and check it. Also to try and put the light on while trying to use the kettle that sometimes gets the kettle working that didn't work either

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location excellent in the centre of town. Good range of restaurants within a few yards and under ten minutes walk to the Park and Orangerie. Integral garage was very useful, but space is limited, I have a small car and that only just fitted. Good wfii, easy to access. There is a marvellous fish tank in reception. I never had to wait there for anything, but it would make a wait a pleasure!

The hotel itself is showing its age a bit. In the first room I was given, the radiator controls were broken and heat was full blast on a warm evening. However, I was quickly relocated by helpful reception staff.

Very minor, but the room had a cooker, Cappuccino and tea, but no coffee

Spacious room. Anna at the front desk was very prompt to answer questions and explained everything well. Hotel is close to lots of good restaurants and cafes. Walking distance to interesting sights.

Clean, friendly receptionist, property located perfectly to explore the city center and Kassel in general.

Lowish rating because: * curtains far too short to block light in room I had (4th floor), bring a sleep mask if you require darkness to sleep * no housekeeping between first and second night * since the property does not have AC maybe try not to get a room under the roof in summer ;)
