We booked this hotel for the lovely ocean-view. It also has a nearby underground parking for a reduced price.
The room we were given was an improvised 3-bedroom room. That was ok. But then we were told 3-bdr rooms have no ocean view, which made no sense. The room was not prepared for 3 guests (only 2 sets of towels available) and had no kettle or coffee maker.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage an der Strandpromenade und nicht weit entfernt von der Einkaufsstrasse, vom Markt und von diversen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zimmer funktionell, leider etwas eng und nicht dem Foto auf Booking.com entsprechend. Sehr geräumiges Bad. Gut geheizt an kühlen Tagen. Busstation für innerstädtischen Verkehr in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.
Das Zimmer entsprach in der Größe nicht jenem auf dem Foto bei der Buchung.

Breakfast could be better. Long waiting time for elevator (it stops at every floor even if typically there is no space to fit additional people)

Simple but stylish decoration. We had a top floor room with a superb balcony, which was unexpected!

We loved everything about our stay. We had an 11th floor sea view and it was a perfect time to stay in the city with all the activities and things going on

Good location, rooms were ok but not the quality you will expect.
The staff is not always friendly. A smile or a good morning was difficult for them.

Central location. Beautiful views overlooking the beach, ask for a room on the 1st floor if possible. Super clean hotel, friendly professional staff.
A kettle with tea and coffee facilities would be a good addition.

Location was great being close to the beach and only 10 minutes walk from the marina side of town. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with good english speaking capabilities.

They've given me a room looking atIt the beach, something that was not included in the price. Location is excellent. Breakfast is OK.

It’s close to the sea which makes the location good. You just have to cross the road and you are on the beach.
The room was very small. The room they gave me was tiny and the bed was very small. Besides that the room was very noisy. We constantly heard doors opening and slamming. We could hear conversations, tv and showering right through the very thin wall. Breakfast is alright and they have a lot of choice, but in my honest opinion, they should improve in quality over quantity.
Also it seemed like the staff didn’t like to work here. Overall not worth 4 stars compared to other 4 star hotels.

The location is right by the beach and very central. Clean, spacious rooms. Good value for money.
The rooms that are not sea-view looks between the buildings, therefore not much natural light. We do not recommend this type of room. Better to book with sea view in case affordable.
