Comfortable bed, plenty of storage,deep bath and good shower. Breakfast was plentiful.

Very friendly staff. From check in right through to departure. Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Very nice breakfast in comfortable surroundings. Location is good, close to beaches, pier, train station and Cliffs Pavillion.

Great, English seaside hotel. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely bathroom. The location is excellent for visiting the Cliffs Pavilion Theatre & sea front. There was no noise at night which was a plus. The two big fans in the room we're much appreciated.

There was only 1 bath towel for the 2 of us ( & that wasn't very big!)

Breakfast was very good. Good location. Comfortable bed. Could buy a parking permit for £2.50 at the hotel.

The shower was weak.

The room was clean. There were lots of options for breakfast e.g. tea/coffee, juice, toast, cereal and cooked breakfast. The shower was nice. Room was quiet. It was very hot but that was due to the weather!

We were on the second floor so there were a few stairs to manage but that was my fault as I didnt request a room on the first floor. There was nothing else we didnt like.

Such a pleasant place to stay and located near the beach which was ideal. The family were very welcoming and friendly and last but not least the breakfast was cooked to perfection.

We had 3 rooms but could have been fine with two.

Staff at breakfast very helpful and looked after us well. We were put in the bar area because of crowding in the breakfast room which was not a problem for us. Good choice of food at breakfast. Lovely spacious room with a newly refurbished bathroom. Very comfortable. Booking in very efficient and helped with luggage to our room. Within walking distance of the Cliffs Pavillion.

Couldn't park in the car park, were asked to leave keys in case the car needed moving. Wasn't happy with this as it was a Motability car, and we cannot allow anyone else to drive the car. Had to pay for permit to park on the road, this was not expensive at £2.50 per day, but it was not as convenient for us.
