The staff and the location
The guy with the beard (sorry don’t know his name) went above and beyond - service from a different era !!!

Simple but good. Helpful staff. Very clean!
Could use some sprucing up in front and front desk area

Location was good because it was near airport and also near city center, also the hotel is in front of a bus stop which made it very easy to get around. Also cameras everywhere and nice staff which made us feel safe. Cleanliness was nice.
Too pricey for the room. The room was a bit small.

Ontbijt was erg veel.

Was only there overnight. Disinterested clerks, not welcoming or friendly. Noisy, no sound proofing. People coming and going late at night. would never stay there again.

Great choice. Very good cooked breakfast.

Location
Slippery car park- you had to pay to park which wasn’t mentioned in the advertising on booking.com. The breakfast was very poor, very expensive for extremely poor quality

The bathroom has recently been refurbished and is very clean and modern
Plenty of hot water, shower gel and hand wash supplied
Bedroom very dated compared to the bathroom
Unattractive bedding
Sofa bed had been made up and had marks all over the cover
Had to go through six doors to get to our ground floor room, five of which were slow closing, the last door wasn’t! And slammed shut, our neighbours regularly slammed this door in the early hours, we could hear talking from next door too

Su ubicación. Con una parada de bus justo en frente. Hay bus tanto al centro como al aeropuerto!
Podrían mejorar las camas. El colchón y las almohadas no son muy cómodas

The staff was very polite and welcoming.
The room was dirty, the mattress was cheap and lumpy, and the shower had no pressure.
The breakfast was disgusting and the worst I've ever had. The ingredients were the lowest budget.
The sausage actually made me sick an hour after eating it. The sausage tasted like lard.

Excelente ubicación, personal muy amable, súper limpio, probamos el desayuno tradicional- occidental y muy buenos ambos.
La parada del autobús enfrente.
Volveros sin duda.
Gracias por todo.
Todo perfecto

Relatively easy walk into town. Took about 20 minutes to get to the bottom of Princes Street.
The bed was soft, pillows hard.
Bathroom was dirty (towel rail had ingrained scum that you could scratch off).
Hotel looked like it hadn't been updated/refurbished in 20 years. The laminate floorboards moved under your feet as you walked. Whole place felt very run down and certainly not worth the £461 for two nights (no breakfast).
Oh and the hotel has parking but the steep slope scraped the bottom of my car at the top.

Good location from the center
Bed, shower and housekeeping service quality was unacceptable

Great decoration, bed linen, everything I needed was there, wifi worked great
Water pressure was not sufficient, black mold in the shower, my bed was a little hard

Well located to get to the city centre or the airport.
The noisy plumbing when someone took a shower. The noise in the corridors.
The bed mattress was too soft and felt like low quality.
The automatic light in the bathroom was annoying as it would be triggered when the door opened and would make up the other person.

Good location and great stuff
The quilt was dirty and it was pretty noisy there since my room was located just by the main door

Location was very convenient, close to the Haymarket Railway Station and a 15-minute walk from Princess Street
The internet connection was very poor and even completely absent for two days. The hotel did not notify us of the problem though it has been an ongoing issue

Breakfast was good. The location was nice. Only a 10 minute walk from Haymarket station but nice and quiet. Our room was spacious and looked over trees and parkland.
Breakfast not included in price. There were no evening meals even though there were menus on the bar tables. When I asked they said they were not doing evening meals but they still left the menus on the tables.. We had to walk about to find somewhere to eat . The bar did not serve tea or coffee.

The views were great! Lovely hotel, well maintained. Great location, about a 30 minute walk to the old town. No issue it parking.
The shower in the room had low pressure and the drain took a while to drain out (clogged?). Otherwise no issues at all!
