Heat in room
First it was different hotel then I had to go to 3rd hotel to pick up keys. Bed wasnt good.

Chippest option on booking one day I have booked this hotel. Just to stay for couple of days before of my event.
Very basic, nothing special, clean. Quite small room, very hot and no air condition in the room.

The location was convenient to walk to the beach but absolutely no parking available. Nearest parking was a 20 minute plus walk!!!
Nasty disgusting soiled toilet, shower full of mildew, electrical sockets hanging lose from wall, truly horrific

Location
I had booked for a single bed but got a double bed instead and was not so comfortable.

The stay was great! Good helpful staff very personable and the food was great for breakfast and dinner. Very accommodating with our toddlers too.

We were offered an “upgrade” to another hotel from the same chain, Saint Sauveur; rated 4 stars but in reality it should be max. 3; nice swimming pool; good location.
Poor breakfast and very expensive.

I received an upgrade - a room in a 5 stars Hotel from the same chain as moby dick.

Very nice breakfast and location.
It was very hot in the room and there was not a/c. If you open the window, you hear the cars. So if they had ac or fans in the bedrooms, the will improve the quality of the hotel considerably.
