Recommended place to stay

The room is clean and surprisingly the bathroom is large. They provide city pass which can be used for public transport for free, you can also get discount price for all museums and castles. The location right in front of the train station. The staff is very helpful and they also provide discount on their souvenir shop

The beds are too hard. We all struggled to sleep. Also I was charged more than quoted by bookings.

Good location. Comfortable beds. Decent breakfast. Shuttle bus from nearby bus stop to neuschwanstein castle.

sehr zentrale Lage, nur wenige Schritte von der Fußgängerzone u. auch zu einem empfehlenswerten Restaurant/Biergarten "Beim Olivenbauer" entfernt. Parkplätze vorhanden und günstig (8,-€) unser Zimmer (30qm) war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet u. die Betten waren sehr bequem - ruhig durch schallisolierte Fenster Frühstück optional, haben es 1x genutzt und können es weiterempfehlen, hervorzuheben: Weißwurst mit Brezel und ein sehr guter Service

unser Bad war ein sehr schmaler Schlauch, zu zweit zu nutzen schwierig, wenn man aneinander vorbei wollte um die Dusche zu nutzen ... aber für 2 Tage kein Problem

Excellent location but a budget feel.

Perfect central location. On-site allocated parking spaces. Very pleasant staff.

Perhaps just our allocated room, but had a budget hotel feel. Broken glass light fitting directly over the bed. Beds put up against combination wall light switches/ sockets installed at waist height, so moving in bed turned on lights by accident. Shower cubicle needed a good deep clean.

Heading to Neuschwanstein? This is your hotel!

Clean and comfortable place to stay in Füssen, in the area of Altstadt and close to the Hohes Schloss. You will also receive tickets for city buses, you can go with them to castles of king Ludwig II - Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein. Big room, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good breakfast. Thank you!

Decent hotel close to Railway station but internet needs to improve

The room was quite decent and felt modern. It is very close to the main station, so it is super easy to find. The breakfast was decent. They also gave Füssen card which helped us with free public transport.

The internet/Wifi was quite bad. I was never able to connect to it, because it was very weak. The room felt cold especially the floors.

Fantastic place to base yourself in Fussen for a few days

The location is excellent, so close to the train station but you never hear the trains. They gave us a free Fussen Card for free transport on all local buses. But the best was their wonderful buffet breakfast, we loved it every day.

Füssen charm

The property exceeded expectations - from the moment we walked in the door and encountered the friendly receptionist to the day we left after chatting with the owner, we enjoyed our stay. Really set the tone for our Füssen visit, of which we have such fond memories. The location is near perfect, quiet yet right near Füssen Hbf and the bus hub for buses to the castles etc. The hotel provides a public transport pass for unlimited free bus rides too, so convenient. And there's a supermarket on the corner just up the street. The room was large and airy, big windows / thick curtains and a good bathroom. No problem with the bed at all, plenty comfortable - and I'm no lightweight. The whole place had a good vibe. So glad we stayed in Füssen rather than "commuting" up from Munich to visit the castles. A really charming town right up near the mountain peaks with a lot to see and enjoy besides the castles, plenty of easy hiking trails too. We walked to Austria one morning, 3km beside the road along the river. Photo opportunities galore.
