the only good things about this old place is the location and breakfast. Everything else is bad. Smells of mould. Ceiling wet with rain. Beds and mattress are old and it's just falling a part. I wouldn't recommend this place until they renovate.

The window facing the ocean gave us a great view.
The insulation is not that great we could hear traffic even when our windows were closed. The AC was not that strong so in the middle of the night we felt a bit hot

Another great stay at this brilliant beachfront hotel. A spacious and clean, cosy and modern room overlooking the sea. Such a friendly welcome from the attentive staff behind reception and throughout the hotel. tasty breakfast! I'll certainly stay here again!

on the second floor is extremely loud .. you can hear the noise from streets.

The staff not friendly and not helpful. The room was dirty and the sheets and blankets all stained.

Good location. We had sea view room with balcony. Nice bkfst with variety. Large room with
modern amenities. Much better than expected. Close to restaurants & shopping.
Balcony window is not soundproof so some noise can be heard from the street but not a huge deal.

wiffi signal it’s so poor! had to go to the reception few times. I’ve asked for a double bed, they putted two single together. swimming pool was a bit dirty, but the worst was the wiffi. I’m travelling around and it was one of the main things I need.

Well located in the centre of Boa Viagem and right next to the beach. The staff are very helpful and there was a good breakfast included. The aircon works very well too which is a plus. The room was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. All round, a good stay!
The sheets were clean but there were a couple of stains noted.
