very quiet and great place far from noisy streets. very large room with a big bed

1. beach is not the famous one. just could be better/cleaner. 2. swimming pool could be better, water was acidic. 3. no evening bar.

Superb relaxing

I LIKE THE AMBIENCE SPECIALLY THE VIEW FROM THE HOTEL. THE BEACH IS CONNNECTED THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS IT WS AWAY FROKMCITY. IF YOU ARE TRAVELLING FOR RELAXING THEN THIS RESORT IS A BLISS

Good

From Bell Boy to Reception to Housekeeping, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Large balconies. Huge bathroom with good strong flow of hot and cold water. Close to beach. Away from the hubbub of Pattaya center, but Pattaya town and Jomtien are easily accessible by vehicle .

Rooms are very clean albeit a little sparse. Some paintings or decor on the walls would help add character to it. A fairly long (dark at night) road into the resort from the main road, but resort is safe and secure.

Fantastic looking hotel

Breakfast was excellent Loved the location next to beach The views from the bedroom were excellent Loved the pool access The staff were very helpful and were always polite

Apart from breakfast there was no other restaurant facilities No room service No access to bars

It served is purpose to stay at less expensive place but, for what we paid we can add more.

Reception Staff very helpful. Cleanness of room was great, Only breakfast good quality of food, average diversity. Training room available but equipment to use is in average quality.

Cold water pressure not constant but plenty of water available. No bar or restaurant. no pool bar, no spa

Rooms in need of renovation but overall nice place

very nice pools. Good internet around hotel. Large rooms with nice size balcony. Was very low occupancy when I stayed so was very quiet around hotel.

Rooms are in need of renovation. Shower was difficult to use as water pressure and temperature kept changing. Towel rail was very loose and hanging off wall

Overall big kudos to the staff for all the assistance given especially in meeting guest requests

Staff were efficient in arranging transport in the middle of the night when required to rush to hospital due to sudden illness. Big thanks goes out to the Night Manager as she was assuring and helpful. There was an excellent follow up from the General Manager the next morning.

Good little get away from BKK

The swimming pools were great, which is what I was looking for. Check in was easy, and staff were friendly. The view from my room was very nice and the room was nice, clean and quite big. It was mostly comfortable. But I really liked the balcony. Breakfast was ok, not a bad buffet.

The bed was not very comfortable, so I was real glad to stretch in the pool in the morning. The bed was really firm, and a bit springy. If it had a mattress topper, it would have been perfect.
