A/C wasn't working room was dirty

water flow, smell of the room and bedsheets, the towels provided are old then bugs

Only time to check in, change, depart, come back and sleep, wake up and depart. No time to checkout hotel / amenities. Looked very pretty tho

You overbooked at the hotel, I got to the front desk at 9pm with my 4 yo child and pregnant wife and was informed that my reservation had been cancelled. Neither Booking.com nor the hotel reached out to inform me of the situation prior to my arrival. ALL hotels were sold out in Ciudad Juarez that night. The hotel was completely unresponsive to the situation and basically wanted to leave us in the street. I had to get angry and spend an hour at the front desk in order for the hotel to finally clean up an unused room and set us up. The room has no hot water and a dead bird is lying outside the terrace doors so we can’t even open them without the rotting smell. This is a totally unacceptable way of doing business by both Booking.com and the camino real hotel chain. The Hotel receptionist and manager were insensitive and had no empathy in the situation, meanwhile my wife was nauseous and only wanting to rest. I am so angry and upset at this situation. You need to do some deep soul searching. What is booking.com proposing to remedy this situation?

I like the staff and the beds! Location is also great! consulate is near by and their is a nice park right in front of the property!

Needs to be kept up! It seems like they need to invest in the property, seems like it used to be a great hotel but it needs maintenance! it’s sad that’s they have a bar that is not open or a pool that is not up and running! Staff is amazing, super friendly and willing to make your stay great! unfortunately they can only work with what they have!

Amazing bed and pillows, has a nice view. Near US consulate and offers shuttle straight to the consulate.

The bathroom wasn’t that clean.

The tub wouldn't plug up so i could take a bath the showerhead was a little short Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were hanging on by a thread and the faucet for the tub wasn't connected to the wall
