We love this condo so much as it accommodates our kids and grandkids. We appreciate the warm tones and decor that make it feel like home. We love the amenities offered by the complex and the new boardwalk as well. Would easily recommend it to our friends.

We rented this property because it had a great bedroom set up for our family. That is the only positive thing I have to say about it unfortunately. It went downhill from check-in. The property clearly states only 2 vehicles per rental even though I was told when I rented it that I could buy additional passes when I checked in. Upon arrival I asked how to obtain these additional parking passes and nobody could tell me how or where to obtain them. Michael just kept telling me that parking has never been a problem. When I told him I was trying to be proactive as to not get my family’s car towed he became very rude telling me had told me 3 times that parking has never been a problem and if I was that worried about it that I could get offsite parking. Then on day two every bodies feet were so black from walking around on the condo floors that we all had to wear shoes at all times while indoors. The under side of the comforter on my granddaughters bunk had something chunky dried on it that appeared to be vomit. I’m guessing housekeeping does not check the bedding on beds that appeared to be unused but that’s just a guess. A couple of the bedrooms had a ton of dust on the headboards, there was a plastic bag labeled ‘meat’ that I can only assume was left under the bed from a previous guest and one of the sliding doors would not lock. Wish I could report a better stay because the layout of the condo was a perfect fit for our family. Will never rent again.

The property was nice, we had an issue with what appeared to be mold but after we reported they attended to it quickly. The property did need spraying for gnats, which were almost everywhere.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach, pool was nice. Condo was less than nice. They had definitely forgot about our reservation. Michael the Phoenix Rental guy said there were no reservations under our names - but we’ve been texting and talking to him directly the last month. Floors were filthy - our feet were literally black after an hour of being there. There was even blood on the floor of one of the rooms. Sand in all the beds. Things definitely need to be updated. Microwave is cracking and rusted inside. Cooking pasta took over an hour to boil.
Other than all the wrong, the views are great. Won’t be coming back to this specific condo again though.

As we were on our way to Gulf Shores, on day of our arrival, our previous reservation (with another reality company) was cancelled due to a water leak that forced our rental to be cancelled. They didn’t have any other properties that could accommodate our amount of guests. I called Phoenix Rentals and spoke with Michael. This property was available but was not on the schedule to be cleaned that day. He worked diligently to ensure that the property would be able to be cleaned and ready by the time we arrived. They were so helpful and accommodating and my family is forever grateful that they helped us when we were in such a mess!

The rental was clean, but we’d seen what appeared to be roach paper traps in the kitchen etc. We actually seen a couple of live roaches this time. Last time we’d seen one roach in the bunk room. We did notice some chairs in the main room and one on the balcony that needs replaced that we were NOT able to use because of being broken. BUT other than that our stay was wonderful as could be. I would stay again and highly recommend this place.

The home was beautiful the first thing that we loved was when you get off the elevator you are at your room🥰. Then we were the only one on that side bc the room goes from the front to the back a balcony in the front and the back. So that was a big plus. The home had more than enough room for our family of 11. The kids room was amazing with the new double bunk beds built into the wall and they had their own bathroom. All the rooms was amazing with their own bathroom and a half bathroom that we barely used. The only problem that we had was we needed more time.

It is a beautiful property. Needed to be dusted, swept and mopped. Microwave is rusted inside. Oven smoked up the condo when we tried to use it. I'm not sure why we paid a cleaning fee when we had to clean it ourselves. Still it was a great time.

The condo was spacious and nice. The pots need updating and the dryer needs attention. It took 2-3 cycles to dry the clothes. I did have to find a maintenance person to buy another parking pass. He was very professional. Other than that, we loved the condo. The weather was spot on and the beach was clean. I left my bible there accidentally, so I hope it touches other guest souls. Would recommend this condo to a large group.

Anniversary The beds had a lot to be desired. They were lumpy and rolled to the edge. They were humped only the middle. Good location in large meeting place for my family. The lights were different kinds of lightbulbs. Some were bright is some were South white in the same Fixture

It rained all but the last day, but we still had a great time. We enjoyed fishing on the dock. All the indoor areas are very nice as well.

Have stayed at Mustique before-love the beach and amenities. But this particular unit needs some attention. Needs new furniture-couldn’t find a comfortable place to sit. And new mattresses. Add 2 more barstools-room for 6 Needs new cooktop-took 20 minutes to cook a grilled cheese. Dining table had 8 chairs but you couldn’t actually sit them all-table was not.made for 8 chairs. Overall cleanliness could be much better. Even the tile floors need attention. The new bunk room was great however! Sorry, but it’s the truth.

it was perfect, the pictures looked the same as in person, the walk to the beach was easy and quick, the fishing dock behind gave hours of fun to the kids while we grilled, the pool was perfect depth and size to keep an eye on everyone. 3 families, 8 kids, fit perfectly in the rooms. Had a blast with the family! 7 adults and 6 young children all fit with plenty of room! Beach was a short walk across the road. Pools (yes 2) were used heavily by our crew. The boat dock was an added bonus. Property manager was friendly and prompt in communication.

This condo was great for our family vacation. It was very spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for everyone and it was very close to the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools and hot tub. Everything was as it was listed on VRBO and property manager was on top of everything. Check in and check out were very easy. I highly recommend this condo and would rent it again in the future when we return to Gulf Shores.

Great Condo
This condo was great for our family vacation. It was very spacious, very clean, the beds were comfortable, plenty of bathrooms for everyone and it was very close to the beach. We also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools and hot tub. Everything was as it was listed on VRBO and property manager was on top of everything. Check in and check out were very easy. I highly recommend this condo and would rent it again in the future when we return to Gulf Shores.

Loved the spacious 4 bedroom condo,was perfect for our family. Kids loved having their own bedroom. The front & rear balconies was a real treat, discovering we were the only condo with a large rear balcony made us feel special. Kitchen was well stocked with anything you needed to prepare your meal. I was a little hesitant to book a condo across the road from the beach with small children, but found the walk to be just as close as some condos on the beach side are to the water and traffic was not heavy enough to cause any concern. Only thing our guys were a little disappointed watching the dock being rebuilt this week and having to leave before they were able to fish off it. Good news should be finished by now. Could not give 5 stars on cleanliness, I felt the floors could have been cleaner. Great response from property manager when reported hot tub not heating it was taken care of promptly. Overall we had a great vacation and if it works out would love to book here again next year.

Fantastic place and we loved the location. The condo itself was amazing and perfect. However, some of the amenities at the facility came up short. One of the 2 elevators was permanently out of service. The one working elevator stopped working a handful of times we were there, including the morning we departed. Thankfully, this condo is on the third floor which made it easier to go up and down the stairs. We learned from a previous review about the pool being down and the dock that was still in disrepair from last year's storm. The pool did open 3 days after we got there but was then closed the day we wanted to swim because of lightning/storms.

We enjoyed our stay. Large enough for everyone to have space but still be together. The only down side were both elevators were broken one day. The rest of stay only one worked. Still had a great time and will definitely be back.
