Ein netter Zwischenstopp

Das Guesthouse hatte eine gute Lage. Es waren Parkplätze vorhanden. Es ist bereits etwas älter hat aber seinen Charme.wir durften direkt morgens einchecken und haben sogar ein Upgrade bekommen.

Das Bett war leider nicht ganz so bequem für uns und es gab leider nicht genügend Steckdosen.

A place to be considered for another stay in the future. The staff were helpful, especially David

Location was perfect, and the breakfast was fine. See below though

Breakfast was generally good, but could have been more varied, for instance by the addition of boerewors. We thought the absence of DSTV in the rooms made our stay inconvenient, as we then had no option but to huddle together in the lounge. The Coach house might consider making a place available for the odd braai, for evenings when one does not want to or cannot dine out

Wunderbare, gut unterhaltene Anlage.

Nette Gastgeber. Schöner Garten mit Baum als Schattenspender. Pool zur Abkühlung. Gutes, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Nur wenige Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Franschhoek. Sehr gute Restaurants in Laufdistanz.

Eine schöne Unterkunft - wir waren 3 Nächte dort - zentral aber ruhig gelegen. Netter Service !

Saubere, sichere Unterkunft - sehr gepflegt mit Garten und ortsüblichen, kleinen Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt für Franschhoek - 150 m zur Main street und allen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Everything was perfect!

The room was spacious and aesthetically pleasing. The staff is warm and friendly which made my stay truly delightful. The location's convenience, just a few minutes' walk to town, added to the overall positive experience. Everything about the place was absolutely amazing, creating a memorable and enjoyable stay.

Very comfy and relaxing place.

We had a wonderful time! We only stayed one night, but Jenny and her team might it very pleasant. Everything was great, and the little garden with some sun and shade and a little pool made it a great spot to relax. You can have breakfast inside or outside and it’s a quick 5 minute work to the busier area. Though the room was spacious, we even found some games to pass the evening outside. The reception is closed at night, but rooms are equipped for all you need for take out (plates, cutlery, bottle opener, wine glasses).

Schöne Unterkunft in Franschhoek

Die Wine Tram ist in 15 min zu Fuß erreichbar oder innerhalb ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Lage ist perfekt. Beim Frühstück gibt es viel Auswahl und man kann sich auch Eier zubereiten lassen. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im EG zum Garten hin, wo abends und morgens Gäste saßen. Man hört quasi alles. Uns hat es aber nicht großartig gestört.

The garden was lovely. Our balcony was also lovely. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was spot on.

Superb

The room was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The rooms overlook a nice garden. The breakfast was exceptional and the staff was very helpful and welcoming. They even help us with a flat tyre.

Great.

Didn't have breakfast as we had to be out early but the packed breakfast that we had was great!

The curtains didn't close properly and although the likelihood of someone looking up from the garden in the cold weather at us changing was minimal, it made us feel uncomfortable enough to change in the bathroom and not the bedroom.

A warm experience in a cold Franschhoek this weekend.

First of all we loved our hosts, David and Jenny. So hospitable and friendly. So welcoming and warm. I was so happy to find out that we were 5 minutes walk from the town centre and the restaurant we had booked at. Our breakfast was NEXT LEVEL...Full breakfast and beautifully presented. One of the highlights of the day. All the staff were helpful, friendly and so warm.

We kept bumping into the shower handle and the water went cold. Cubicle a little small. That and the nozzle aims right into the door ... so when you switch the water on it sprays out into the room first...wetting everything.

We would definitely stay here again and stay longer as there is a lot to explore in Franschhoek and surrounding area.

We stayed here at the end of touring the garden route. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the high street and the wine tram. Our room was spacious and very well equipped and spotlessly clean. We had our own terrace overlooking the beautiful garden and pool. Checking in was easy and the hosts were very friendly and helpful, as were the staff. Breakfast was plentiful and my omelette cooked to perfection. Jenny and David were incredibly helpful when we realised we had a flat tyre on the morning of departure and it was repaired within an hour. Thank you so much for your help David.

Perfect stay

Couldn’t have picked a better place to visit the town, do the wine tram and see some of the estates ourselves. The room was super comfortable and the staff and owners incredibly friendly. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Good stop off point for travelling.

Breakfast great as was the location.The help from Charlie was excellent. The Coach house has a very pretty frontage too.
