this place was AMAZING! Luisella is the sweetest person you will ever meet! She was so helpful and we got a packet on the history of the place. The views are stunning and the room was very large and spacious. I will definitely be coming back.

I didn't expect much when I booked the place. But I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel is a converted 12th century monastry and is family run. Luisella (her father restored the place) is such a delightful host. She gave me a quick history of the place and gave me a map of the village. My room was beautifully oriented and I could see the valley below. You can see the care and attention this family gives and every guest is treated as family. In fact, when Luisella found out that I had walked from the station with my luggage, she told me she would give me a lift when I go back - this unexpected and sweet gesture really won me. I had stayed for just one night but I will return for more!

The soundproofing of the door may not be the best, so if guests arrive later at night, you can hear them outside.

Beautiful place, excellent location, very friendly host - what is not to like? Would / will definitely come again! :)
