Best hotel ever

The staff were kind and friendly, location was great. Very close to Neustadt bhf in a quiet and leafy area. Everything was excellent. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Very good

The staff were really accommodating. Konstantin was so friendly and went out of his way with hospitality. The outdoor garden is lovely - I wish there was a more extensive drink list for the garden. The breakfast is excellent - really excellent including the presentation. The walk into the old town was shorter than I expected and there were good restaurants in the new town, too. I had an early flight and the staff offered to make a breakfast box for me to take as I would miss the breakfast time.

Nice hotel in a quiet part of the city centre

Short walk from train station, restaurants, supermarket and scenic river walk. Nice breakfast room with a garden view and good breakfast buffet.

The floor creaked everywhere so we were easily disturbed by moving around at night. The bedroom window was left open when the room was serviced during the day and we were kept awake with traffic noise while unaware of the open window behind the curtain.

Nice location for a one-night stay

Nice garden terrace for breakfast outside.

Reception could be more friendly to foreign tourists. Seems mostly geared towards elderly germans.

Lovely hotel in a great location

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great location, situated in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of all the point of interest in the city and Neustadt Station.

Friendly stay

The staff is very friendly, the location is nice and the room had nice hardwood floors and a nice view to the garden.

Unfortunately, the matress and pillows were very thin, so I didn’t sleep very well. They were nice and got me more pillows, but the matress couldn’t be fixed.

Spacious clean rooms, very good breakfast, good location.

Hotel is in a good location (very quiet) in the new town about a 15 mins walk from the old town. Lots of restaurants nearby. Large spacious room, spotlessly clean. Very large bathroom too. Lift to all floors. Helpful receptionists. Good breakfast selection.

Advent in Dresden

First time in Dresden and I am glad I chose this hotel. The location is perfect as it is close to the center and we had an advent market 200m from the hotel. Rooms were nice and clean. We were with a baby and they provided a crib free of charge. The hotel does not have their own parking but we parked right in front of the doors on public parking. It costed 6€ per 24h. I have my hotel for Dresden :)

I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding a local tour bus near the hotel and a pharmacy. I used their laundry services which also saved me time. The rooms were impeccable and they served a delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Feel good away from home

Within a short walking distance from the Old town. Very clean, spacious, pleasant rooms (at least in the Apartment, which is good for family of 3 or 4). Welcoming and attentive staff (everyone who we met - from the receptionists to breakfast ladies to cleaning ladies), speaking good English which was a rarity during our trip in Germany. Decent brakfast for different tastes. I definitely recommend this hotel. And note- car parking on the street is cheaper than in the nearby parking lots.

Very friendly and helpful staff - knowing I was leaving before breakfast, they even had a takeout bag ready for me when I checked out at 0530!

Perfect place for a short visit to Dresden

Quiet street close to the Old Town. It was easy to find a parking place for the car. Large, comfortable apartment. Kitchen facilities. Kind staff. Nicely served breakfast.

Superb

Delicious breakfast. Superb staff. Nice decoration of the breakfast room, with beautiful Dresden drawing, and Baroque like tableware.

A little noise from cars passing every 2 minutes on the street below my windows, when I started sleeping (from 10pm to 12am). I was in the first floor, and I am sensitive to noise.

Pleasant stay on good location with quiet nights

Good location in beautiful area. Peaceful, quiet at night and still not far from the Altstadt. Just 10 to 15 minutes walking. Always friendly people at the reception. At breakfast they did their very best to serve it Corona proof. All is nice and clean. And we got a fan for our room when it was very hot (no airconditioning).

There is no any warm breakfast selection in the morning, only cold dishes...
