Location, family run hotel, super nice staff
Room on the front a bit noisy

Everything was amazing, the suita for family, the pool, the location in the center of the town.
The breakfast was strange, a lot of fat dishes.

A beautiful boutique hotel right at the Center of Areopolis, the room was really spacious and comfortable, nice beds and airconditioning with a view at the main square.
Very nice location for breakfast, tasty options, pool with a view of the mountains.
Would love to stay there again.

The staff were very nice. Great location.
It seems they gave us a different room than from the internet. The shower had minimal
Water coming out but if you used the bigger shower head it worked fine. It was ok for 2 nights. Longer it would have been uncomfortable.

the pool area was beautiful but not staffed. breakfast was really good and staff was very friendly
bathroom and bed were old. lock key was not working. roof top was closed. a bit expensive for what they offer.

New renovated part of the hotel with pool view was excellent as it appears in pictures.
Poor breakfast and not well presented
Lobby area looks old and breakfast outdoors area needs improvement to correspond to pricing standards of rooms/suites.

Friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff - especially Maria, who took the time to listen and understand what I wanted to do and see in the area

The old-looking but newly-built hotel is located directly on the central square of Areopolis. When we arrived the hotel cleared a space for our car in front of the hotel. We had booked just a normal room but got the penthouse -- maybe because in early May there were not many guests.
The breakfast buffet (served from 8:00) offered a large selection and included many local specialties.
It took very long to get hot water in the upper floor and with few other guests. There could be more electrical outlets in the room. Tea selection for breakfast was a bit limited.

The breakfast had a wide selection including local homemade dishes. Served in a lovely room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is great, right on the main square within easy walking distance.

Location, spacious room, interior design/ vibe, veranda.
Breakfast should include more variety of traditional/ local products.

Excellent location, very central
The heating was via air conditioner, bathroom needs refurbishment

The coziness of the place ... traditional accommodation with charm
Staff at breakfast ... everything was hard for them. There was no self-service buffet, so you had to order/show your choice. It took a while, and if you wanted something extra, they would simply say no :)

This is a very nice hotel, very quaint and charming, well decorated and kept, looked like it might have been recently refurbished, would definitely recommend. overlooks the central square, where there is free parking. included free breakfast, was basic but decent.
hotel has an external swimming pool, wasn’t really the time of year to use it though.
would definitely use again if I was in the area.
Not really the hotels fault, my balcony overlooked the main square of the town, which was a nice view, but it did have loads of kids running around and seemingly shouting at the top of their voices till quite late at night, was a Saturday and Sunday that I stayed.

nice location, beautiful pool area, nice breakfast, really nice staff
the rooms were a bit old and some things were broken
the beds were not super comfortable

This a a beautiful old hotel in the heart of Aeros Polis, conveniently located to the main road and right on the town square. It has a hotel bar and a roof restaurant (which I don't think was open when we were there in late October) and an elevator (no small amenity if your bags are heavy). The breakfast was delicious and plentiful.
If I were to do my trip to the Mani Peninsula again, I'd probably stay in Kardymyli and not Aeros Polis, which, as a town, did not have nearly the charm and vibe of Kardymili.

Welcoming and friendly owners. Room was very large. Nice breakfast, and great central location in Aeropoli. We did day trips to Caves of Diros, Marmari beach and Limeni as suggested by Maria (one of the owners) and evening's spent enjoying the restaurants, cocktail bars and people watching in the platea infront of hotel. Hotel also has free parking close by which was much needed in the evenings.
Nothing to dislike.

recently renovated, nice hotel on the main square of the town.
we stayed in the junior suite, spacious enough to keep parents and two small children.
lovely pool, with nice sunbeds, umbrellas and bar!
great breakfast also, with many options and a nice garden
the town square is also a large playground for all the children and youth. some nights could be noisy, but not later than midnight.

Really nice boutique hotel. Super clean and beautifully decorated. Room was spacious with nice balcony overlooking the super cute main square. Everything you need was walking distance from the hotel. Breakfast was not big but had some really tasty options. New pool facility was super nice with a bar outside and toilets, again super nicely decorated. Fully recommend it and would definitely return.
Just some potential further improvements I would say, the TV only had local Greek channels and no kids channel, so not much to entertain the kids when we were doing the daily evening room organization and also the sofa bad was really unforgettable for an adult to sleep in... For small kids it was fine, but if we had to sleep in it, it would have been impossible. Other then these, all perfect!

the staff were wonderful - a family run business where they all took pride in providing quality service. breakfast was really good with an array of choice. fabulous pool area too.
parking outside the hotel can be problematic due to it being in the centre of town. This is not an issue though as the hotel has a parking area a short walk away, just ask for the location.

Location, big room
Low quality of wi-fi in the room, bad service at the breakfast

Everyone at the hotel was there to help you with any questions. The location was great and an easy stroll to everything. Loved our spacious room overlooking the town square. One of the highlights of our Greece tour was visiting this out of the way beautiful village and meeting the locals!

Located right in town with parking out the front or hotel car park nearby. Many restaurants opposite , aircon /wifi worked well.
. Shower in my room did not have tiled floor but some rough job which was not finished lighting in bathroom was 2 weak lights over sink. Lady serving breakfast had attitude.

The hotel is centrally located with much free parking available. Our bedroom was huge with a vast bed, a large sofa, other comfortable chairs and two balconies. The family who run it were very friendly and we were most impressed with their Covid precautions. Breakfast was excellent. The old town is acccessed across the square with many places to eat. A good place as a base for exploring the area and represents very good value.
The hotel overlooks the town square which becomes the local playground in the early afternoon and evening, with the attendant noise. We loved watching the children play but it might not ge to everyone's taste. In a few areas some of the decor needed updating.

Room was incredibly large. Restored walls , fireplace was lovely as was the large balcony overlooking the square.
Room fixture and fittings were below par for a boutique hotel. Wire coat hangers .....
No personal touch as would be the norm in a boutique hotel
Personal choice - there was no sun on balcony which was a shame
Bathroom needs a refurb as it’s very dated
Breakfast uninspiring and no fresh fruit or tomato/cucumber . There was a lot of emphasis on fried foods/bread/cake/pastry
8.0
Breakfast was great, with fresh, homemade products, excellent omellettes and traditional food.
Maybe it was the first weekend of the season, but humidity was very apparent to the room's walls and due to heavy rain the roof in the dining room was leaking, for thay value it is not nice to see backets full with water on the hallways...

location
friendly staff at breakfast
pretty room
local delicacies for breakfast excellent
we got the impression that there was a restaurant in the hotel. this wasn’t true and we were told they didn’t offer anything in the evening so we would have liked a kettle to make drinks at least.
the heating for the shower was also not obvious.
