Everything. We, my mom of 84 years old and myself, used this place for 2 nights on our trip waiting for the flight. Believe me, we are the people who are not demanding and we are mostly ok with the service that we have anywhere and can cope with any inconvenience. But the service at this place and the way how they treat their customers is awful! - The receptionist (manager? owner?) is absolutely not kind, not helpful person! We did not bother him at all as had with us everything what we needed. The check-out at this place is at 10am. It was an early time for us to go to the airport and on the evening before I asked the receptionist whether we can stay 2 hours longer, by any chance, as my mother is the person of reduced mobility and it would be better for her to stay in bed as longer as better. He refused, saying that the other customers are arriving in the morning. Ok, no problem. By 10am we were ready, had all our baggage in the car. My mother and I were on stairs going down and it can take a few minutes for her to get down as she is the person of reduced mobility. At 10.01 he went out his room and said to us that we are late with the checking-out but he saw us walking down! That was absolutely rude and disrespectful and it was the disgusting thing to hear! I`m sure he was going to fine us for the late. - No toiletries in the room! - No bedlinen! - Duvets, pillows are dirty and filthy!

The room itself was pretty comfortable. There was enough tableware to cook something simple like porrige.

There is only one wifi point for all the house. Even though my room could reach it, the internet speed was awful and my devices kept disconnecting. There were no lids for tableware and only one small plate, which I was using as a lid for a pot. Liquid soap was diluted with water pretty heavily.
