Location was ideal. Close to everything but not on top of it. Breakfast really good and Stewart and Katerina were perfect hosts and I had a great week. Will be back for sure.
It was way better than my expectations so nothing springs to mind.

Perfect for the conference centre and for the town centre. very comfortable rooms and breakfast is made to order. There is nothing not to like about it.

excellent breakfast.staff extremeley friendly and very helpful not intrusive allowed us to enjoy our stay.had complete run of the hotel.room was fantastic.very quiet location .only a minute or so from town center.shower excellent beds very comfortable.lovely atmosphere made visit very special .thouroughly enjoyed our stay .5 stars couldnt be better.will come again.parking excellent.

they gave us a double bed in place of two singles
no lounge to sit in so you had to sit in your room with only one chair for two people

Fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. Stayed for a 2 day conference over the road and it was perfect. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the owner was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely return . Location is perfect to town and the accommodation is really good value for money. No issues at all.

Great location, lots of restaurants and bars within five minutes walk. Comfortable bed and ample breakfast served by friendly host.
Small TV considering the large room. Only one teabag and one coffee sachet, make sure you take your own if you like more than one brew.

Very friendly and helpful and in a fab location. It's clean and quiet and the bed is comfortable and warm. There's no traffic noise. The shower is great.

Superb location, free parking, generous bed, powerful shower, clean room and breakfast made with quality ingredients.
If I was nitpicking the toilet was in a cramped space and the toast didn't match the quality of the other ingredients.

The location is just walking distance to City Center and mode of transportations like train and bus. A warmth welcome by Stewart, the property owner. Clean and comfortable place to stay. Recommendable and definitely will use again on my next travel.

Could do with updating and a good clean, bedding is looking very tired and bare minimum is given at the tea/coffee facilities.

The breakfast was excellent . The host was welcoming and very helpful. The location is really good.

Lovely cosy rooms, big bed very comfortable.
The staff are always pleasant it's value for money and we would definitely staying again.
Only tiny criticism would be the televisions they need updating and be slightly bigger.

The guest house was clean and comfortable. We were less than a 5 minute walk from the centre of town. Staff were very nice and welcoming

Could have done with a good outside light - hard to find the door in the dark!

Location fantastic. Very well equipped and homely. We liked when the owner provided some basic food like milk, bread, tea, coffee etc for our arrival
