Un hostal para olvidar

Lo único destacable fue el atendimiento por parte del personal de recepcion .

Todo en general .La habitación que nos dieron se parecía a la de un hospital de la posguerra ruinosa. Cada vez que alguien iba al baño lo escuchaba todo el edificio ya que el retrete era de los años 20 del siglo pasado...

Charming traditional old hostel in the heart of town.j

The historical charm of the hotel including piano and the cleanliness of our room and ensuite bathroom...Bed was comfortable.

Room was a little cramped with no space on one side of the bed and only space enough for one dining chair and no other furniture. The walls would have been enhanced by a picture.

bathroom was very modern with good shower and hot water!

it was like turning time 150 years ago, living in XVIII century family building! museum pieces and nice ambiance.

it was cold at night (1-7 February) and gas heaters were in the hall, not in the rooms, for security. but they had nice, warm duvets.

Exceptional

Very quiet and in just less than a minute at a main street with a lot of entertaining. Easy to find and easy to leave. Very friendly and helpful and relaxed staff and also the atmosphere.

There is absolutely nothing to complain about the staff and hostel.

Do not book a room if you do not see how it actually looks like - might end up being "prison like"

This was probably one of the most clean spaces I stayed in. Also friendly and attentive people in the reception.

I was horrified and felt somewhat miselad about the room I booked. There were no images for that single room and I assumed it looked as good as the other rooms I saw pictures of. Imagine my face coming to a very narrow room, all painted white with a mini window two metters above the wall - it felt like a prison cell!!! Plus the room is located just next to the shower, so I heard noises the entire night. If I had only seen it before I would have never ever booked this accomodation... It kind of made my stay in Palma feel a bit sad...

Very good location in old town. Great family/ attentive staff. Lovely typical Mallorcan house with tile work and simple furniture.

Bathroom could be very wet on floor if people thoughtless when showering .

Had the best stay in Palma in Hostal Pons!

I was traveling alone and I didnt want to sleep in a classic hostel with dormitories so i was happy to find a Hostel that has single rooms like Hostal Pons. The room was super cute with a classic old style. The overall hotel was beautiful with nice little touches and it was super clean. Felt like everytime you walk out the bathroom they cleaned it after you right away so the next person can find it clean. The location was superb! Close to everything: shops, restaurants, main tourists sites and the closest beach which is 20 min walking. And the cherry on top: Gerard and Victoria were the best hosts ive ever met! They helped me with everything :) Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. I totally recommend it!!!

Has everything you need for a short stay in a great area, with great character and staff.

Absolutely loved the old style hostel, the rooms and design, has so much character. The rooms were big and spacious. The staff were so friendly and kind! They were able to book us a taxi as we had a very early flight out in the morning, this was really great service.

There are no acoustics in the rooms so you can hear all other loud guests who were leaving/arriving all hours of the night. The beds were also very noisy.

Greta location, but expensive for the tiny and uncomfortable rooms that they are.

Amazing foyer and sitting rooms - ver well styled.

Tiny room, tiny window, hard to hreath, photos were a bit misleading.

Fantastic welcome and city break at Hostal Pons!

loved the location, beds were comfortable, room was light and spacious, everywhere was clean and the staff were fantastic!!

No air conditioning meant the room was roasting when we travelled and sleeping was pretty difficult. They did provide a fan but it didn’t really help with the heat.

Lovely place but please make a better ventilator available in the room. :)

It is very well located, clean and the staff is very kind.

it was very hot inside the room and the ventilator was not very strong and also kinda far from the bed making it almost impossible to sleep because it was too hot.
