The room we got had nothing to do with thé pictures on my booking. It was little and old and with some humidity stains also on thé wall.

we booked a ‘top’ room, which was indeed on the top floor, such a shame that the only window was small and high up. great to have a coffee machine, but shame it was in the hallway, a kettle and tea/coffee in the room would have been more convenient

location. This trip the room size was perfect, with plenty of hanging space. on a previous trip the room was very small with little natural light. Do check your room size before booking. Nespresso available beside the lift on each floor. Left my luggage for two weeks and upon checking in the bag was in my room. Very thoughtful.

Location was great as was our room. staff was very accommodating about storing our bags before check in. Beds are very comfortable. price was right given the desirable location.

Everything was as expected or even better!

Location was perfect. The area we wanted to stay in, been in Madrid many times. We left our luggage at the hotel as check in was 2 pm, staff thoughtfully put our luggage in the room prior to our check in. Staff were all lovely and a handwritten postcard was left by the staff in our room thanking us for trusting them to keep us safe and for staying in the hotel. A lovely personal touch. Liked the funky touch if the mirror being the tv.

A kettle in the room to make tea/ coffee would have been nice after a long day sightseeing. Little touch up of paint in certain areas of the room required and bedside table was sticky

The location is awesome, with good restaurants in Plaza Santa Ana and a 10 minute walk from the Prado (plus a Starbucks around the corner😏)

Wifi is shaky at best, towels weren't as clean, and the walls were so thin that I could hear my next door neighbor typing lol...

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and clean.

Couldn't get the AC to make the room very cool. Hairdryer would only work for about 2 minutes at a time then need to cool for 5 minutes. Told staff at checkout and they were going to look at it, so likely being repaired.
