Bad internet connection

A safe environment in a security complex. Enough parking for cars and trailers. Comfortable stay on the first level with a view of the Keurbooms river. Patio with dining table and braai weber. Enjoyed the tennis court.

It will be good to know that the unit is at the first level (not ground level), especially for people with small kids and the elderly. If possible, more information on the ability to rent canoes at the location would be helpful. In addition, a laminated sheet on house rules and instructions to operate the television/wifi would be beneficial.

Each bedroom has a bathroom. Gas stove is perfect for load shedding. The weber on the balcony is lovely for a family braai. Loved the washing machine and tumble dryer! There was more than enough bedding and very nice towels. We appreciated the extra hand soap.

I think they can invest in fans or aircon. Summer can get very hot and then it will be really hot. A safety gate at the front door or at stairs will be great and or bugler bars in front of the windows.

The location was beautiful.

There was no cleaning service, no tea/coffee in the unit, no fresh towels and the TV did not work.

Beautiful location, perfect walks to the beach and along lagoon side, great amenities! We have stayed here before and we will again! 1014 is a very accommodating holiday flat with good services - thank you :)

I would recommend some vinyl stickers for visibility on the glass balcony doors so it is clear when the doors are shut

I didn't like the fact that someone phoned us while we went out,telling us that we were playing music loud but we were not even at the place that time,otherwise our stay was good

Beautifully, clean equipped apartment with everything you could want or need. Perfect location with a lovely view of the Keurbooms lagoon. Lovely amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed the tennis court and kiddies playground. And a short bundu bash walk to the beach.

We could not open the windows as the apartment is on the first floor and there are no burglar bars and we have a very busy 12 month old who likes to climb. Just something to be aware of if traveling with toddlers.
