Nel complesso per poche notti può essere valido ma non eccellente

Struttura apparentemente nuova e ben tenuta. La parte più bella è quella della hall e del ristorante.

La camera per 4 è abbastanza piccola e il divano letto risulta scomodo per un soggiorno di più notti. Sotto il letto la pulizia era inesistente.

Functioneel en kwalitatief goed hotel

Netheid en propere service alwaar toegankelijkheid van zowel personeel en gasten hoog in het vaandel staat en dat is prijzenswaardig. Zoals gelijkheid en inclusiviteit behoort te zijn! Ze doen wat ze beloven in de media en is geen marketingpraatje.

Lange donkerblonde bebrilde receptioniste was zeer klantonvriendelijk en ongeduldig op dag ban inchecken, een 4-sterren hotel onwaardig.

Recepcion y diseño del restaurante

Excepto la persona del desayuno, el resto del personal muy poco amable y secos. Despues de pagar 273€ la habitacion no tenia ninguna amenity. Exceputando el embase del gel de ducha (que estaba bacio), tube que ducharme con una miserable pastilla de jabon que habia. En el restaurante pedi un pollo picanton que me dijeron tardaria 18 min, y vino frio. En fin, un desatre para esa cantidad de dinero.

Gutes Hotel, zwar nicht im Zentrum, aber gut durchs Öffi-Netz angebunden.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Tolles Frühstücksbuffet. Betten waren bequem, das Sofa Bett könnte man jedoch durch ein richtiges Bett ersetzen 😉

Für 3 Personen sind die Zimmer etwas eng, geht aber.

Las camas son extremadamente incomodas... una verguenza para un hotel de 4 estrellas... camas de muelles? en serio? no daba credito... en fin dormimos fatal... un hotel es para dormir....

Hotel bonito, pero, con personal muy perezoso

El lobby es muy amplio, limpio y elegante. El personal es amable a excepción que les solicites algo fuera de su zona de comfort. Habitación muy limpia. Bella vista de los pisos más altos. Gimnasio pequeno y básico, pero, con máquinas nuevas y buenos accesorios.

Le pedí una plancha al personal y prometieron traérmela una hora después, nunca llegó. Intenté llamarles, pero, el teléfono de la habitación estaba muerto. Bajé hasta recepción a solicitarla de nuevo y apenas me dijeron que finalmente no tenían ninguna disponible, que sólo había UNA SOLA plancha para TODO el hotel y que un cliente ya la tenía. Con un explícito gesto de desinterés absoluto me mostraron su nula intención de ayudarme, o al menos esforzarse un poco más, y decidieron no salir de su comodidad y calma, así que, no tuve opción que retirarme y posteriormente asistir a mi evento formal con mi atuendo totalmente arrugado.

Hôtel moderne, belle décoration, chambre spacieuse avec vue sur le lever du soleil, lit confortable et à deux pas du métro. Le personnel très serviable et sympathique

Beaucoup de file pour le petit déjeuner du matin, mais possibilité de déjeuner ailleurs

Наступного разу зупинимось знову в цьому готелі!

Чисто,чиста постіль,рушники,які змінюють кожного дня . Смачні сніданки. Зручне розташування відносно зупинок транспорту( метро,автобуси,трамвай),коли без автомобіля.

Немає чайника і чашок в номері.

Short stay to recharge our batteries

Two adults and a dog on their way to Slovakia from the Canary Islands. We were searching for a place that accepts dogs and has private parking, and Ilunion Valencia 4 met our criteria. Nice staff. Various restaurants and cafes nearby.

Perfect for November

- close to the metro and bus stations so you can reach easily your preferred places - breakfast was good, could be better - room was clean and had a big bathroom - very competitive price

Boas Memórias 🙂

O hotel tem uma boa localização, com muitos transportes perto, tanto para o centro da cidade como para a praia. Para quem gosta de andar, o Bioparc fica a 30 min a pé do hotel. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e acessíveis. A entrada do hotel é muito bonita. O pequeno-almoco é excelente e bastante variado. Gostei muito do fato do hotel ter uma magnífica política de sustentabilidade e de responsabilidade social.

A cama era um bocado desconfortável.

Good, clean hotel - slightly out of the city centre, requires transport to reach tourist areas

The hotel was quite big, clean rooms and had everything necessary for our stay. The staff were friendly and able to assist us with any enquiries we had.

Unfortunately the location wasn't as close to the city centre as we expected - not a fault of the hotel. It was more difficult to get a taxi into the city centre as usually we had to ask the hotel to arrange one (which they did very happily), the hotel wasn't located in a busy area with lots of taxis available. However, the metro was very close! The pool was also smaller and more dated than expected from the images seen online.

Greta stay

Great hotel, lovely breakfast. Hotel gave us rooms together to help with the kids. Metro stop is just around the corner from the entrance and made getting into the city centre really handy.

More loungers around pool would have been great.

Good for quick access to nearby conference centre, not near the central tourist stuff

The staff particularly at reception were very helpful. Breakfast is very good, a huge variety, definitely recommend it. Overall a good experience. I attended for a conference at the nearby conference centre, very quick walk to it, useful for this reason. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Please note that the tourist sites at the centre of Valencia or the Marina are about 10/15 min by Taxi or you can take the metro train - the metro stop is near the hotel - you can't walk to these tourist areas it if it's very hot, will take very long.

Temperature control in the room is a little bit odd. The AC thermostat panels don't work the greatest, an upgrade from the clunky hold the button down type setting to change the temperature needs to be thought about, a colleague requested change in room because their thermostat would just not work ! Rooms are noticeably hot if AC is off - weather was very hot outside.

Very slow checkin. One surly barman. Poor breakfast choice znd timings. A settee bed was present but not requested. View from window was awful.

Excellent stay. Great receptive staff.

Good buffet but it’s the same thing every morning.

Air conditioning. Given a room which temp was 28’C to begin with. Could not tolerate the heat especially it was in summer. Was advised that the technician had seen the room and advised to leave AC on overnight. Temp reduced to 27’C by morning. Didn’t sleep well at all. Saw the manager the next morning who changed my room after no further input from the technician in the morning. New room AC much much better but overall the AC system needs looking into. Felt similar temp irregularities in the lobby. Good location for conference and close to the airport but not to view the city.
