great central location, walking distance to cafes, restaurants & Menin Gate with the added bonus of a private parking space close to the accommodation. very comfortable space would highly recommend it.

the property couldn’t be faulted superb layout with everything you will ever need inc a very short walk for your secure parking and a short walk too town centre. I honestly can’t speak highly enough of this place. perfect

The car parking space was close by. The location was only a few minutes walk from the centre and close to the main routes out that we needed. Very comfortable beds.

Downstairs toilet wash basin needed to be turned off via the pipework as the tap didn't turn off properly, it would keep dripping. Would have been better to have an en suite bathroom in the eves room instead of another bed. Quite a duck to get out of bed on one side due to the eves, but not impossible.

It was plaed in the centre of Ieper, with all the points of interest and restaurants etc., within easy walking distance. It serves as an excellent base to visit the battlefields.

A very minor point, but the fridge doesn't have a freezer compartment.

Excellent location set on quiet street, nice large bedrooms.

I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. Only slight problem, stairs were a little steep.

Beautiful house in a great location. Fabulous location just a 5-minute walk from the market square. A week before our arrival, the hosts sent us 3 x PDF documents detailing the arrival/departure procedure, everything we needed to know during our stay (such as WiFi details, waste sorting etc.) and the car parking details. We found these very useful. Very comfortable living room. Large and comfortable corner sofa. Samsung TV available for use. The heating system worked very well and was simple to operate. The WiFi connection reaches all areas of the house. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We made a full Christmas dinner in it no problem! Once again the bedrooms and bathroom were all comfortable and well equipped. A car parking space is provided free of charge in a nearby underground car park, a one-minute walk away. You can stop your car right outside the front door to unload. Some other reviews commented that the car park was too tight to get their vehicles into, but we have a medium-sized car and it was no problem for us. The city of Ieper itself is a beautiful place with plenty of attractions and was wonderful to stroll around. We would not hesitate to return!

We really are nit-picking here... There is no separate microwave here, rather the oven is also a grill and microwave in one. This took us a little while to figure out! Instruction manuals are however available for all the appliances. This means you can't cook one thing in the oven and microwave something else at the same time. The owners may wish to consider providing a separate microwave (there is ample space for this). Also there is no freezer here which wasn't a problem for us, but is worth pointing out in case someone wanted to keep ice creams in the summer.

Excellent location, beautiful apartment. Very walkable distance from train station, and to all central facilities. Very convenient to the Menin Gate.

Could easily have stayed longer but alas 2 nights was all we had.
