Alhumdulillah what was my aim and goal was fulfilled

Best location easy excess and availability was the best 👌 👍 everything was down to the hand , food grocery shopping and best was very near to madina masjid al haram. But due to season may be hotel was crowded

Hotel was too crowded may be due to group travelled from different country, reception staff was local but good, but busy in mobile anyways what was my need has been fulfilled

Dirty bathroom, dirty bedroom, unpleasant beds. The photos online were probably taken when the hotel was first opened. Not recommended. We complained about the room initially assigned to us, but other rooms were in the same bad condition

Hotel location is perfect and the only disappointment is room service as they didn't provide daily room service only after requesting 2time they send room boy for cleaning, bathroom is very small.

nothing. highly disappointed.

they cancelled my booking after multiple messages notifying them them that we would be arriving late in the evening, they still cancelled our reservation. a reservation made 10 days ago. highly disappointed with this hotel.

poor Staff cooperation, tried to cheat at the reception by denying that they had received advance payment. Then they gave heavy old metallic key chain, room was full of used pampers, tissues and other leftovers. Staff at reception was quite arrogant.
