nice house well furnished and convenient for a family

far too expensive

The area was nice and quite and location plesant. Nice small outside space to sit in nice weather.

While sitting in front room very creaky floor when someone was walking above in other bedroom. Didn't seem floor was insulated properly. The price of three days was quite expensive over £700.00 for a normal functioning small home, I think the charge was more for a week stay as opposed to 3 nights stay. Also not quite sure why it's called a cottage just a normal small functioning house. Not that much going on around the area would not want to stay more than a few days. House book needs reviewing and updating, hard time getting a taxi into rye as numbers all out of date.

No breakfast provided but very nice scones and homemade jam House was cl an and well equipped and good position with parking

This is a lovely place to stay. Comfortable, clean and lots of little extras provided on arrival. Instructions on access were clear and the owner was always available if needed providing a very personalized touch.

Jamie was there when we arrived, very helpful showed us everything we needed to know regarding our stay. He was on hand should we need any help or assistance during our stay.
