I like the room,bathroom,was clean and nice.

The room was spacious and the beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the morning staff were profesional and friendly.
The night staff was NOT professional nor friendly. The heating was not working and our room was freezing cold after the window was open the whole day before we arrived. No alternatives, willingness nor care was given by the staff about this issue. I then asked for at least another blanket for which I had to have a full conversation about to obtain. We understand that issues like this do happen sometimes, however, what is unacceptable is the attitude of this member of the staff on the night shift which was not bothered and borderline rude.

Room was clean and comfortable. Despite the hotel is located near crossroad, it didn't bother us at all. Good wifi.
