Grosse Zimmer, sauber und alles Vorhanden.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Preis/Leistung OK.
Bettgrösse 140x190cm, ist absolut nicht akzeptabel für 2 Erwachsene Personen und ich mit Körpergrösse von 188cm eine Folter.
Frühstück sehr mager und lag stundenlang an der Wärme, Fleisch, Käse etc. nicht gekühlt, pfui.
Haben nach einer Nacht Hotel gewechselt.

Frühstück war in Ordnung.
Die Zimmer rochen stark nach Nikotin (ich bin Nichtrauchdler) und man hörte jedes kleine Detail der Gespräche im Nebenzimmer.

I’m glad that I chose this hotel, the room was massive nice and clean, the service was good. Location is perfect near to hospital, shopping centre and restaurants. Staff are nice , I have to say thank you to Nour el Dein that work in the hotel he helped me a lot with everything from booking taxi and showing me nice places to visit. Highly recommended

The staff were more than helpful in arranging a taxi and booking a bus ticket. The location is close to the inter-city bus terminal if you want to catch an early bus

the staff reception and support was exceptional. cleanliness was at very good level.
The noise from the next door room till 7 am, about which I raised a complaint but no action was taken.
