apartment was warm and welcoming. loved the Christmas decorations, made it feel like home.

the noise in the ally late in the evening; it disrupted sleep.

The apartment is perfect. I’ll only stay here when I come to Cortona!! Rosanna is the best!! Can’t wait to go back!

Nice and big appartement in the centre of Cortona! Rossana was a very nice host and communication was flawless. We will recommend staying there when you are in Cortona

Nothing really! But you have to know it is in the middle of the centre and you can hear events happening at the Piazza and students passing in the morning

Rossana was the best! Great communication from beginning to end. The apartment was in the best location and was just perfect. I hated to go home. I could have stayed forever!!

Lovely and comfortable apartment in the perfect location off piazza Signorelli, easy walk to everything! Host Rossana was excellent, prompt response and resolution to any requests, very sweet person. Thought was given in the design and decor of this apt, as well as functionality. A/C, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary items for coffee, tea, cooking etc. supplied. No lift and up a couple of flights of stairs, but we were ok with that and wanted the exercise - less guilt when eating at those wonderful Cortona restaurants! Would stay here again and highly recommend.

Clean, central, spacious, fully equipped, delightful host. Perfect.

We stayed during a Saturday night in July. Thus, the central location meant hearing a concert in the piazza followed by early Sunday morning market. Still, it did not ruin the visit. I would stay here again
