Hotel recomendable

El tamaño de la habitación.

Tardan mucho en hacer limpieza en las.habitaciones. El bufette de desayuno fue el mismo 2 días seguidos.

Buena estancia. Pero puede mejorar

Para ser de Veracruz donde se come bien, ha dejado que desear. Creo que un desayuno aunque sea sencillo puede tener buen sabor. Pareciera que ponen lo del dia anterior.

Mejor sazon aunque el desayuno fuera sencillo. Un pan dulce de mejor calidad y fresco. Unos chilaquiles bien hechos y en general o me toco un mal día o creo que pueden mejorar bastante en ese aspecto.

Good value, unfortunate location

Excellent value for money.

The location is mostly surrounded by warehouses, not near any of the nice attractions for tourists.

Clean hotel with friendly service!

24 hour room service was very nice. Hotel was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Hot water came quickly and didn't ever run out. Had a refrigerator and microwave which is nice especially for longer stays. Checking in and out was quick and easy.

Maid would clean when we left once late in the evening and would go through our drawers which had our belongings in them (I know this because she would organize very personal things) then would turn the AC off when she left so when we came back to the room it was super hot. There was no smoking area, standing in front of the hotel in the driveway wasn't ideal for anyone. Breakfast could use some more variety. Paid for breakfast included and after the 1st morning breakfast we didn't use it again for the whole week.

Great value, clean and modern hotel with an amazing restaurant!

Room was modern and clean. On-site parking was very welcome. The restaurant was amazing - super tasty evening meal and breakfast (included) - staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite being next to a busy road and commercial area the room was very calm and comfortable. Great water pressure and a restful stay!

Amazing option.

The rooms were large for the price, very clean, very nice furniture. The internet was very good, no problems with videoconferences or HD videos. The staff was very nice, and the service was excellent.

I don't remember having disliked something from this hotel.

Fast internet, TV with built-in Netflix. Would stay here again.

The breakfast was excellent, came with sweet bread, fresh fruit & yogurt, coffee, juice, eggs, ham, and daily specialties. The room was clean and large, had a microwave, fridge, and a Roku TV with a strong, consistently fast internet connection. The lobby was spacious and beautiful. Underground parking is available. The restaurant is open until 10pm and room service was very reasonable ($2 USD for a late night Cappuchino).

The location is about 20 minutes from the beach. Not too far when considering a taxi to the beach from here is only $3 USD, but there are closer choices.
