The location is great but you have to be ok with hills (views also come with the hills, so worth it ) the balconies are relaxing and the layout is perfect for a family reunion as there’s space indoors and outdoors over two levels so kids can go downstairs if adults are boring or people who need quiet can retreat for space. the owners are attentive to needs and empathetic. first national are easy to deal with and so close you can walk.

the driveway has a tight turning circle and the garage spaces are tandem. not a big deal as everything is an easy walk anyway

Fantastic location and space for 2 families Great layout and particularly loved having the plunge pool.

The showers seemed to leak ( particularly the downstairs bathroom) which made for very wet floors. Unfortunately the outside deck light didn’t work.

Excellent location, lots of space and great amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seacrest.

No ensuite, main bedroom does not have tv as shown in pics, no aircon. Very limited supplies given. We stayed for a week and only had a few rolls of toilet paper, 4 dishwasher tabs etc. For price paid per night, would think we would have good stock supplied.

Heated pool is not warm...don’t bother getting the heating on. Bath leaks, showers leak, bathroom basins don’t drain properly, toilets run continuously. Lighting is poor ..using proper light bulbs would fix that! Overall the place is tired and needs maintenance and care.

A fantastic home and location. Loved every moment. The owners have really put a lot of effort and thought into the house.

The internet didn’t work and the Office Manager Shane was quite abrupt about me chasing this up. She said well it worked before and I felt she didn’t believe me. Shannon did try to help. It ended up being a problem with NBN so they said. I hope it is fixed for the next family that stays
