Lo que más me gustó fue las instalaciones de la piscina y la sinceridad del encargado al decirle mi queja tras pasar una noche en el apartamento

El nombre de los apartamentos es de pierre,vacances pero las instalaciones no son de ellos y dejan mucho que desear.Primero me OBLIGAAN a pagar 17 € de propina al llegar(según ellos booking deberían de informar de éste gasto ,cosa que en ningún momento lo haceis) .Referente al apartamento: camas ,que sl dormir te vuelvas a un lado .Almohada ,que tienes que ponerlas doble para poder medio descansar.No puedes ni hacerte una tostada por falta de utensilios en cocina .tampoco puedes fregar lo que utilizas porque nada para poder limpiar en la cocina.Las mantas con las que te tababas estaban todas manchadas y el colchon del sofá donde dormio mi hijo ....tuve que pedir sabanas dobles para ponerselas porque estabzn manchadas. .En general la cocina y apartamento le faltaba bastante limpieza..Nada que ver con el real pierre vacances

It needs updating! Paint chipping off! It a place that hens and stages use and it like they don’t care about the place! Won’t update it to replace what’s need replaced! Also the people staying see to run the place! Music was playing all hours and rooms getting broken I too

All front reception desk staff that we dealt with were so ignorant. We had stayed here a couple years ago also and nothing has changed. Check in takes way too long The grounds of the hotel itself is so dirty No towels changed Deposit was returned short (thankfully we still had the receipt)

We hid our passports in the tiled roof of the bathroom (because we stayed here a couple years ago and rooms were broken into near us). That evening we came home and the tile was moved!! No cleaners were in. Not a coincidence

would be a good place to stay for a pass holiday as it’s right near the strip and hosts pool parties every other day.

The noise at night time was insane, people were slamming door, shouting and playing music until 6am every night and the staff didn’t seem to do anything about it. The bedding and mattresses was filthy and the apartment was in pretty bad condition.
