The room was large (for European standards) and had air conditioning.
The shower was small with awkwardly placed doors and did not have anywhere to place soap or other cosmetics.
The area surrounding the hotel was run down and had lots of traffic.

The property is clean and modern with very comfortable good sized rooms. The food, both in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast, was very good. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The centre of Monza is easily reached by local bus.
There was nothing to dislike about the property.

Absolutely stunning interior, excellent choice of food, very friendly and helpful staff helping to book taxi, find an adapter for UK charger. Room and en-suite bathroom is well presented and clean, beds are super comfy, well stocked bar with complimentary drinks and snacks. Highly recommended, A*****

Great location and noise insulation. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Good restaurants near by. Great reception staff. Big parking.
Dinner only on demand in hotel and some ongoing civil works near hotel. Also not easy to reach near by restaurants by foot since they are on opposite side of the highway.

The location was strategically placed close to the office I had to go to.
The room was clean and the wifi was very stable and strong. Definitely worth the paid price.
Will definitely return here for my next business trips.
I wish there was some better options to reach the location from Milan beyond a taxi/Uber, however, that's a problem of the city of Monza, not the venue.

The room was clean and had everything we needed.
Restaurant closed on a Friday night (??). Arriving early evening, we were counting on having supper there. Nothing mentioned about this on the website. There was only one other option in the neighbourhood which was not suitable for a toddler. We ended up eating the scraps of food we had in the car for supper. I guess we saved money?
The website also advertises “complimentary” charging for Tesla owners, but they refused to honour it. They even overcharged for it. Apparently their policy changed earlier in the year, but they are still advertising It on the website. The staff was polite about it and said it was out of their hands, but when we tried to contact the manager…. radio silence. Not professional, sorry.
We’re easy going people who generally aren’t picky, but when the main reasons you choose a hotel are not as advertised, it sours the whole stay. False advertising, hotel NOT recommended.
