Sold the wrong room

We paid for a double bedroom and received a twin bedroom with two single beds at the opposite ends of the room and they couldn’t be pushed together. The hotel room was not as described at all

Great accommodation for an affordable price

Spacious room, very clean with all the facilities for a comfortable stay . Very easy check in in the evening, we arrived after the receptionist left and it was also no problem. Offers also free parking .

Superb

Very clean room, not big but very cossy. Has coffee and tea and chocolate in the toom. Free parking.

Location is far from city and close to airport. No noise from airport while we were there.

It done the job perfectly

good breakfast selection...the whole place had an air of simple efficiency & cleanliness......Sufficient places, i.e Restuarants nearby...Staff were very efficient & Helpful..They all spoke perfect English which was a Bonus for me as I do not speak German.. have booked to stop there again

clean and tidy

Very clean. lovely sized room. Great freebies in the bathroom including toothbrushes, sewing kit and more

restaurant was closed however there was a lovely little Italian right opposite

Disappointing

The breakfast was quite good and the lady from Cuba was really kind.

When I came the old woman told me that there wasn’t a reservation on my name and that she was going to help me to find another hotel, because she didn’t have free rooms. I show her the booking reservation printed and she told me that this was not a reservation. Then she checked again and of course she had received it. She told me that she could not give me a “good” room because it was only for one night, so I had to climb to the third floor (no lift). The room was not very clean, it had rests of spider nets and was quite noisy. I paid 144 euros and 15 extra for the breakfast. Not satisfied at all.

Comfortable, quiet, relaxing.

Everything was perfect. Comfortable and very clean rooms, very good facilities, very good breakfast, wonderful ambiance and decorations, close to the airport. I regret we did not have time to visit the surroundings.

Passable

The staff in the restaurant was great, perfect both days. Restaurant staff should give regular daily training to the front desk on how to deal with guests. It's like the restaurant staff is from a completely different hotel!!!

The front desk staff was horrible both days. The receptionist is closed in a hut, in a box. She pretends she has no idea anyone's come in. The reception staff does not wish to be disturbed, both days, morning and evening, It doesn't matter.

excellent for a night stay near the airport

Very clean, excellent soundproof, escalator, the heating can be regulated inside the room, parking available, dogs welcomed, close to the airport, perfect for a night stay near the airport. Kettle and tea/coffee in the room. Rooms are better than on the pictures, cozy :)

The hotel is great. It was very clean in the room and the room was big. Overall you just feel very welcomed and comfortable here.

Disappointing

Location and breakfast was great.

The room didn't meet expactations. We ordered a triple room and pictures showed two seperated rooms, but we were accomodated in only one small room with three beds and no extra space. That was uncomfortable.

Superb

Good, clean and well run hotel at a very competitive price for its class. Location is very practical for people who come from or go to the airport, which is only 3-4 stops away using bus 65.

No aircon. Location is unpractical for people who want to visit or have business in Stuttgart city center: public transport possible but implies at least 2 connections and takes more than 45mn.

Most welcoming and comfortable hotel, perfect after a long days travel!

The location was perfect, close to everything but still nice and quite in the evenings. The room was very well equipped, clean and tidy. The terrace with tables was a lovely addition to have breakfast outside.

There was no air conditioning in the hotel room and could get a bit stuffy in the summer evening heat.

Nice and cosy layover in vicinity of Stuttgart.

Cleanness, breakfast, language support ( Croatian :) ). Breakfast was great and beds were not too soft - apart from the couch one, which is understandable. You get equipped with all the essentials like is normal in a hotel but here you also get combs.

Well, our room demanded a bit of a walk upstairs (kind of steep). Not a problem for us at all, young people with baggage but some who cannot carry heavy weight on stairs might see it as a challenge.

will definitely be back was great value for money

location, parking facilities, cleanliness, breakfast buffet and staff were all first class.

Couldn’t watch TV as all the channels were in German with no English options and couldn’t connect to the Netflix or DisneyPlus due to poor internet connection.

Exceptional

I mistakenly booked the wrong night. They were full when I arrived, but they helped me find another place with which they are associated not far away, a small nice apartment for business people, but for the same price. They were so kind and helpful, led me to the new place, and arranged for a taxi to pick me up at 3:40 AM so I could get to the airport on time. Based on my experience, you will be treated very well at this hotel.
