a magical stay !!

We had the most incredible stay at Lanthia Resort and can only hope to return again and again over the years! The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the views... it was all just absolutely incredible and we feel so fortunate to have been able to experience it. Thank you!!!

Very enjoyable one night stay.

We stayed for one night just before the Resort closed after the season. As it was not full we were upgraded to an Executive room - thank you. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Nice private beach.

Only thing missing was a kettle, for those who like making their own tea or coffee. Tea and coffee making facilities in rooms are becoming more widespread in Europe, and I think Lanthia should join the club.

Amazing private pine forest at the beach. Great restaurant. Friendly staff. Well appointed rooms.

Beautiful setting but some things to work on

Beautiful gardens & setting Pool was great Room was large & clean as was the bathroom Very close to the centre, nice little walk

Ant problem first evening (it is a garden so to be expected) staff said nothing could be done until the morning so we couldnt use our terrace as a result. They wouldn’t entertain moving us saying they were full when clearly weren’t. I don’t then think anything was done in the morning although staff claimed it had. No real sense of empathy or apology either. Private beach was small & had alot of seaweed. Bit dark in the room in the evenings to get ready. Pillows way too soft for our liking (Each to their own) No rain shower, bit disappointing. Breakfast list was confusing, both mornings it got muddled and I got charged extra for fresh orange juice I didn’t ask for. They took the feedback but charged us anyway. Staff too keen to clear your table at breakfast. Breakfast interrupted to mention massages again but no further mention of our boat enquiry which we then organised at the marina ourselves instead. The price is high, yes it’s Baunei but have paid a lot less for very similar standard hotels.

Unforgettable holidays

Wonderful property, attention to details and high level of cleanliness (toilet amenities were replenished every day) The location is privileged and the resort is amazing.

Maybe we would have preferred a more varied dinner menu. Although they change it everyday, the dishes’ ingredients were almost the same.

A Sardinian paradise

There is so much to love about Lanthia Resort. The hospitality of the staff is incomparable - they are generous and good-humored. The town nearby is quiet and quaint, and the hotel is connected to several local wineries or Sardinian experiences which enhanced our stay in the short time we were there. We enjoyed the beautiful private beach and the gorgeous, sumptuous grounds. We dined a few times at the resort when we were not on a local adventure, and the food was fresh and delicious. It was an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. We stayed for 3 days and I wish we had had at least a week. I hope to return one day!

I loved everything! The resort is remote and my friend and I needed to drive from Olbia, which was a lengthy ride (2ish hours), but the payoff of being in such a beautiful location was worth it. Just know, it is a bit of a trek to get there.

Stunning hotel with dreamy pine forest beach & large gardens, 30mins by boat from Italy’s top 5 beaches.

Loved the beautiful design throughout, the stunning private pine forest with the loungers on the beach, the amazing food and the incredibly helpful and friendly staff!

The only things we could say is that the beach bar is a bit expensive at c. 2x of local prices and getting around without a car for anything beyond Santa Maria is difficult and expensive due a lack of local taxis.

If you were looking for paradise look no further than Lanthia ! Such a wonderful hotel! Wonderful employees that are welcoming as family. The decor, the views the beauty around you, the food simply amazing and unique! Looking forward to go back already! Its a must visit place!!! Wonderfull

The hotel is beautiful and clean, nice beach (warm and calm waters), great view. The room was also very nice and clean, with a balcony, they offered robes, a welcome bottle of wine, the aircon worked very well, beds were confy. Shower worked well and the bathroom was big. Everyone was very polite and kind to us. We needed to print some papers while we were there and the reception helped us with that. The breakfast was good, a la carte, with a lot of choices on the menu (bread, cakes, jam, butter, eggs, coffee, cheese, etc).

We liked everything and would recommend the hotel 100%. The only things we didn't like that much was that some of the options in the breakfast menu were paid (like avocado and eggs toast) and the food in the restaurant (dinner) was expensive Also, our room was very silent during the day. Although, in the night, we could hear a little music coming from outside the hotel (not their fault obviously), but they have good soundproof windows, so we slept well.

great location, lovely private park and bar, good beach with private chairs. very friendly staff and receptions offers great excursions like boat trips which are a big recommendation.

it didn’t have a gym, which is the only thing that would make it even better

You will not regret staying here.

Amazing hotel with a beautiful garden and beach, The rooms scattered around the corners of the garden gave the place a feeling of privacy and tranquility. You walk to the beach in style through the hotel tunnel and there is a private relaxation area under the trees overlooking the sea with a direct access to the beach. The hotel staff was very nice and the food in the restaurant superb.

There is really nothing to complain about. Not the cheapest, but I'd say it's good value for money.

Wonderful relaxing stay - beautiful scenery, great location and very hospitable staff.

Beautiful setting with mountain background. Lovely pine tree area overlooking the seas and beach. Staff went out of their way to be helpful. Assisted with all our needs - taxis, boat trip. Arrival drink. Great food in the restaurant.

Location was 2 hours from Cagliari and Olbia… for a long weekend this was quite far however worth it when arrived.

This hotel is a wonderful place with a beautiful garden, a private pinewood just above the beach and private sunbeds at the beach. We really loved everything, the staff is super nice and welcoming. also the breakfast was perfect (à la carte). There is really NOTHING negative to tell !!! we will definitely come back! grazie, Lanthia team!

relaxing and very elegant. wonderful staff. nice restaurant with good choice of local food.

comfortable room in very nice setting in private gardens with a nice outside dining area, pool and easy access to the local beach.

the outside Terrasse was unusable during the day as there was zero shade from direct sunlight.

Wonderful place

The place is wonderful: the location close to the private beach and the pinewood side that was really peacefull. Worker there are also really nice. It was a perfect holiday.

Breathtaking experience

Amazing vibe, the hotel if very nice and clean, staff super friendly but what we really liked was the amazing view and deck on the sea and the little hoot where the do te spa treatments... insane!

was a isolated which might not be something necessarily negative, but just be aware that there are not so many options for dinning out around that area.
