Very central, great private parking, lovely pool
Our room had an handle on the door they kept pulling off, we were offered a room move but we were out for the day and night and didn't want the mither to be honest once we'd unpacked! You couldn't have the TV on at the same time as the fridge as there was only one socket but they did bring a dual socket but that didn't fit properly!

Bed was comfortable.
Shower very poor.
Breakfast very basic and no cooked offered until 8am. We had to leave earlier than that so we only had continental which was still 8 Euros even though we didn't have any cooked food.. Very limited bar behind reception.

very clean,lovely friendly staff.Value for money.Plenty of easy to reach bars shops etc.within minutes of hotel.good views from bedroom and nice balcony.Feels safe.Good lifts to upper floors.
Not really enough storage space for clothes.Not enough sockets for electrics.No shelves or cabinets in bathroom for personal toilletries.Would have liked an extra pillow on bed.

It's okay as a room to pass the night.
They say they have parking, but the parking is off site and if one has problems walking, it's not a good solution.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was large with a big comfortable bed. Air con was cold and was easy to regulate. The room had a fridge which was useful. Ideal location close to bars, restaurants and shops. Easy parking close by. Have stayed here before and would stay here again.
The hotel is showing it's age and is a bit tatty in some areas. The bathroom floor in our room could have been cleaner. There aren't enough electric sockets.

Room cleanliness
The pool is poorly located, as if in a hole. The breakfast is not very tasty and the staff does not know the word "sausage" in English.
It was dark in the hallway downstairs.

Some electric appliances like Refrigerator and TV were not plugged in.

- No coffee/ tea facilities in the room
- Air Con was very noisy and leaking out on the balcony
- staff not dressed professionally
- whole building needs revamping especially the pool area and the big long window panes , grubby and broken glass
