Personal muy amable. La ubicación perfecta.

a 5 minutos de la estación de autobuses y del centro. Con bastantes líneas de urbanos cerca para poder moverte a otras zonas. El personal muy simpático y atento. La cafería está muy bien.

I felt welcome and appreciated. That's the way a good hotel is supposed to make you feel.

The shower! I'm always of afraid of slipping and falling in the shower. This shower was great! The floor was neither slippery nor rough. I felt secure. There was also a long rail I could hold onto. My room was small, but big enough for one person. The view was nonexistent. I think it was an airshaft painted bright white. I just kept the curtains closed. The room was still light enough. (Pamplona is a sunny place in September.) The bed was excellent and a good extra blanket was handy if I got cold at night. The staff gets an A plus, especially Pablo at the desk. He was very attentive and anticipated my needs. Buffet breakfast offered a huge variety and they made me scrambled eggs without salt (as per my doctor's orders). The location was an easy less-than-5-minutes walk to the Plaza del Castillo, where there a lot of good restaurants and bars.

Really nothing. I loved this place. It really spoiled me. I have another week of vacation and I don't think anybody's going to top this experience.

Worst night Chinese water torture

Pamplona town was lovely

The rooms were not sound proofed at all - heard every footstep, every conversation, every creak of a board for other guests - could hear lift going up and down - old tired building - air conditioning unit was broken sound of dripping water continually was like Chinese water torture- the unit was dripping onto a soaked towel on top of a wardrobe - the bath was difficult to get in and out due to showers screen and how the bathroom was lay out - worst night so far in a Spanish hotel -room 102 -

A welcome treat

The hotel was well-located, just down the road from the Bull Ring, and near lots of high street shops and cafes. The room was clean and the facilities were excellent.

Great location but very bad behaviors

The very warm welcome of the receptionist when we did arrive. He told us that everything is already paid in advance , even the breakfast. He showed us the complicated aircondition.

When we wanted to leave and pay the parking, the manager and probably his mother got very mad about us because we had to pay the breakfast additionally. If we don’t pay it they don’t give us the parking ticket back . This is blackmailing and not acceptable. The breakfast service and breakfast has been very poor.

Superb

Very central, yet quiet. Walking distance to nice restaurants and main attractions. Very comfortable bed & pillows. Very clean and spacious bathroom. Would definitely recommend.

Maybe a bit too high the price per night.

the room was too noisy. I could hear other rooms and worst of all a mechanical sound kicked in every 30 minutes making a decent sleep impossible.

Really good position in the city centre. Nice staff and good services.

Room too dark (only one window). But the problem is that the rooms are not well soundproof: the result is that I could hear all the noise coming from the corridor and the stairs.

Feel right at home

Excelent location, extra friendly staff and really good value for money! I’d come back just for how nice the staff was. It’s a perfect location to get to the city center AND for the Baluarte conference hall.

The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were pleasant. But the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, nor did the towel warmer, or the air conditioning - and the room was sweltering.

My single room looked nothing like the one on the booking website. It was minuscule and the only place to sit was on a very tiny, low to the ground stool on wheels with no back support - hard to get down onto and very difficult to get up from. The only 'view' from my window was of unsightly industrial ducts running up the side of the building next door but, in fairness, the location of the room allowed for less noise at night that a street view would have and I had requested a quiet room. There was no door tag to either request or decline room service, so basically when the cleaning staff started bustling about right outside the door in the mid afternoon. I wanted to nap and not go out into the pouring rain where I had been all morning, but I could sense that those cleaning ladies REALLY wanted to get in the room, so I left. The door key situation was frustratingly annoying too. It is not card entry but rather an actual key that required precision turning, which seemed to me to be counterintuitive. If turned the wrong way one doesn't have a hope in hades of getting in the door. Twice, I had to ask a staff person to let me in and was told that most North Americans had difficulty. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the staff were professionally polite. But the soap dispenser in the shower did not work, nor did the towel warmer, or the air conditioning - and the room was sweltering. Accommodation in Pamplona is not inexpensive and Hotel Yoldi is no exception, but for the price there's got to be more central options in town with a least a chair to sit on and a door that can be opened without assistance.

Location is very good, hotel is clean and breakfast is very good

We booked 4 nights with breakfast, but hotel by their mistake charged us first without breakfasts and at the morning of our departure thay charged breakfasts separately so we had to pay significantly more. It will be fair to correct that mistake
