Déçu du personnel

Propre et confort

Le personnel, la femme a l’accueil était désagréable mal aimable et puis a apporter un jugement envers mon compagnon un jugement non justifiés dû à son physique qu’elle a jugé de agressif elle ne voulait pas donner de chambre à mon compagnon sans savoir que j’avais réserver elle a dit qu’il ne restais plus de chambre hors que si parce qu’elle a juger que mon compagnon pouvait être dangereux j’aimerai bien savoir qu’est ce qu’il lui a fait penser ça étant donné qu’il était respectueux et calme contrairement à elle qui était désagréable à peine un bonjour juste pour le personnel je ne mettrai plus les pieds dans cette hôtel

Nice Hotel but overpriced and very basic amenities

The rooms are well arranged, the bed very cosy and the environment very quiet.

It was totally overpriced, over EUR 400 per night for a hotel, which is a max EUR 200 standard. The Elevator is tiny, the bar /room service offering minimal.

A lovely little jewel in this part of Paris!

Lovely bedroom and well maintained property - staff all lovely and friendly and helpful. Nice foyer where one could relax or work equally and amazing location

Perfect weekend stay in Paris.

Perfect for short stays. Comfortable room with all the amenities. Close to public transport and you can walk to the Arc de triumph if you have time. Paul was a very friendly and helpful concierge.

Very good

Easy check-in, friendly staff, clean rooms. It is a well kept hotel with a lot of charm. Location was excellent, close to the main attractions in Paris. The room was quite small, but having said that, all elements in the room are thought through so it feels just fine for a few nights.

No hair conditioner available - Hotel provides a all-in-one hair and body wash. The bed was quite on the soft side - it is a matter of personal liking, but for me it was a bit too soft (and I am quite light).

Dissapointed

I loved the location, quiet, peacefully, near to the restaurants and subway

I was expecting to something else when is specified 4 stars hotel, taking into account the prices used. We cannot compare this hotel with other 4 stars hotels In the world, this one is very low. Breakfast almost nothing to eat, rooms very small, the fridge in the room not functional, the wifi not functional, and is the first time when I used an elevator 60x100 cm :)). The personal of the hotel very very friendly.

This hotel was beautiful the perfect Paris experience and good neighbourhood.

it was wonderful — just as advertised. beautiful Boutique hotel. my room was gorgeous with a beautiful window.

safe was locked and I just needed to wait for someone to come and unlock it. No iron so I had to go ask.

Terrible experience overall

We had a terrible night due to mainly two factors. 1. The interior walls of the hotel are paperthin, which means you get no sleep when someone is talking, or taking a shower, or taking the elevator etc. Let alone having a small party on the room... 2. The employees of the hotel were not willing to solve the situation, in fact the night receptionist was sleeping and could not care less. The morning after we got no apology, no compensation + market items from the minibar we did not have. When talking to the manager he arrogantly told us that they did all they could, lied that they called the police and that they will not compensate us anyhow. He actually said that it's not the problem of the hotel when people are making noise during the night (after 10pm).

Exellent stay

The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, the location is perfect close to the metro line 3, the district is very safe and there are a lot of restaurants and bars around

Very deceitful hotel, terrible staff at reception specially old Asian gentleman

I like the decorations of the hotel but the room is way too small

I didn’t like the size of the room I didn’t like the fact that I booked a room with a view and got a room on the first floor looking at the backyard with literally no sunlight whatsoever
