Buon hotel in ottima posizione

Camera silenziosa e pulita, letto comodo. Buono il servizio ristorante: personale molto gentile, veloce, e piatti appetitosi.

Invito al personale della colazione: anche il tavolo d’angolo che utilizzate solo voi da appoggio, merita più attenzione. La tovaglia aveva una macchia enorme di caffè che non è certamente bella da vedere per chi siede nei tavoli vicini.

Stayed 3 nights but could imagine extending this to a week. A great place to settle for awhile!

Quaint, historical building with antique furnishings in rooms. Well located and quiet. Lovely setting for breakfast.

Exceptional

A gem of a hotel in the beautiful Accademia area. This was one of the few hotels that had room for a last minute trip to Venice, and boy did we get lucky! The hotel itself is quaint with warm interiors, the room was very comfortable, newly renovated and much bigger than we expected, the breakfast was generous and the staff were absolutely lovely. The location is a huge plus — the hotel is located in a charming part of Venice, away from the crazy crowded areas, but well connected by public transport to the city centre (which is also accessible on foot if you would like a longish stroll). It’s a stone’s throw from the incredible Academia gallery, the Fortuny Museum and the Peggy Guggenheim collection. We would definitely come back here!

Wonderful stay, in a magical city. Loved the location, highly recommend.

We loved the location, easy access by taxi boat vaporetto etc…, very close to the bridge that takes you across the grand canal to walk toward Piazza San Marco. Yet, the location was quiet, which was a true bonus especially during Carnival. The concierges at the reception were truly helpful, answering my questions prior to arrival, and during our stay. The staff was very friendly, the breakfasts were delicious (for my husband), mor complicated for me who is gluten free but I brought my own cereals and managed just fine with yoghurt and fruits which they provided, along with great coffees and tea choices.

A bit more choices for gluten free folks, but I came prepared.

Great location less than 4 min from Accademia Bridge and vaporetta stop; quiet location; very clean, up to date, comfortable rooms; wonderful, friendly, helpful staff. Absolutely perfect place to stay.

Superb

location was great, close to everything and just a 15 -20 min walk over the bridge to St.Marks Square. Breakfast was excellent , variety of options, and fresh every morning. Our initial room was big, but the a/c was not working well and had a musty smell, but we told management and they moved us to a different room that was fine to us.

The only think I could suggest is late night snacks , not a big deal, but just a suggestion.

Perfect base for exploring Venice and cool, quiet afternoon siestas!

Fantastic location for Alileguna arrival at Zattare and Vapareto at Academia bridge.. no steps! Air-con and wi-fi excellent. Breakfast varied in beautiful garden , roof terrace we used to eat gelato and ice water bought nearby. Mini shop selling water, masks, snacks 2 doors away. For gondola, we used the one by Academia Bridge. He took us past gondola factory and very quiet route. Would definitely stay again . Helpful staff printed museum and train tickets I bought on phone.

The lift was a bit quirky, small and slow. Sometimes it would only take 1 person, others 2! But grateful it was there and always worked !

Choose this hotel for the friendly staff, great location and lovely breakfast.

Reception staff member went out of the way to help fix the issue with our booking. Superb breakfast. Fantastic location.

Great location, service and comfort

This old but renovated hotel is centrally located in the older part of the city with easy access to water transport. Bathrooms clean and new. It has a beautiful courtyard where breakfast is served. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. The courtyard is also available for use for other meals. Staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating with information and answering email questions I had in advance. I would definitely stay here again

The hotel was in an excellent location, our room was very clean, comfortable and well-equipped and the breakfast was something to look forward to every morning. The staff were friendly and in general the hotel exceeded my expectations. We looked forward to returning for our daily siesta to escape the scorching August sun!

Great place to stay on your trip to Venice!

always feel extremely ripped off in Venice, this was the first time, in the height of summer, that I felt value for money! I chose this hotel based on the price and not a single bad review! Great breakfast/outdoor dining, authentic simplistic rooms that are comfortable and clean, friendly staff, great location away from hustle & bustle but close enough to explore the sights and a lovely little balcony to sit and enjoy some wine!

Comfortable Hotel in a great neighborhood!!

My small single room was comfortable and cozy. The room was clean and well stocked. The breakfast was made to order and quite good. The location is excellent in Dorsoduro near the Accademia bridge.

Great place to stay, we will be back next time we are in Venice.

Great location, close enough to all the sights but at the same quiet so one can sleep well at night. Nice breakfast with variety of choices of sweet and savory items. Very clean rooms with nice decor.

Shower was a little bit small in the standard double room.
