God beliggenhed. Prisen var rimelig. Vi havde udsigt til vandet fra balkonen. Vi lejede Racercykler i nærområdet og der var et rum til opbevaring af dem på hotellet.
Hotellet virker lidt slidt. Mange trapper mellem hovedindgang, værelser, poolområde og spiseområde. Ikke velegnet, hvis man er dårligt gående. Lille badeværelse i forhold til værelse. Dårligt lys på værelse.
Personalet kunne godt være mere synligt i poolområdet, skabe lidt liv og måske få lidt gang i baren = mersalg.

I loved the pool area where you could always get a sunbed. A lovely comfiest seat. Breakfast is good as well.

The exterior was pleasant namely the pool area
It was so noisy you could hear everything from the rooms either side. We understand we were in a holiday environment snd people would be coming home after a good night out but it sounded like they were in our room they were so noisy. There was only one socket in the room so you couldn’t style your hair and charge a phone. Shower was very flimsy .It was however very clean and pleasantly decorated.

Good bar and pool area, good location. Clean and well kept.
Looks a little run down - the doors are very poor to each room and hard to open/lock.

The staff were very pleasant and helpful.
The hotel was within a short walk to all the bars and restaurants.
The first room we were given was too small,we had to upgrade.

Ants on all the floors, bathroom window wide open and didn't close. Very poor shower.

Pool area is lovely really chilled and the bar staff are lovely and work so hard, Location is great close to everything with the noise. This was our second visit here.
We we’re in the deluxe garden rooms and there were alot of ants in the room.The rooms are quite basic needs more lighting and a kettle would be nice. Our room was ready when we checked in but we had to pay €20 to be allowed to go into early.

stayed at this hotel a few times ideal location lovely pool area we always stay in the deluxe apartment with the hot tub and private garden which is amazing very clean
the waiting time on two occasions was horrendous only one man on my cousin waited 35 minutes at the bar for the stressed barman to say what do you want in an abrupt manner which isn’t nice on holiday

no fridge in the room. No draws. room quite basic. Air con turned down at night.

Every night there was disturbances that made it impossible to sleep. It’s not the hotel but the guests. Last night room 203 had their tv on until 5am when I had to leave my room and ask the night person to intervene. The night before room 201 had adolescents partying until 3am. I thought this was an adults only property. The walls r too thin to have a restful sleep. Was disturbing.
Thicken the walls or tell everyone the walls r thin and be considerate.

Pool area lovely, clean, tidy, quiet and relaxing. Well maintained. Good location - 5 minute walk from beach. Staff are professional and friendly and nothing is ever too much! Rooms are basic but clean and tidy. Good value for money.
Breakfast is basic; there could be more choice.

The hotel is in a great location. and the pool and bar area is lovely.
The rooms are good but the basement bedrooms smell a bit damp but they changed the room for us so very pleased.

Very nice boutique hotel with lots of character.
Although nicely located in Santa Ponsa the hotel is up a hill from the town. Not a problem unless you have any mobility issues. The hotel doesn't have a lift so keep that in mind when booking. Nearby parking is tricky but a good size free municipal car park in Santa Ponsa, about 5 minutes walk including the hill.

Everything was ok, cleaning lady made room every day, changed towels, made bed. Short distance to the see, shops and cafes are just 1-2 min walk. Beach beautiful and clean
Breakfast was ok, all needed food available
Reception was helpful
I didn’t like hard pillows , sleeping like on the stone. Room a bit small, but okish for two people . No towel hangers in the bathroom .
Neighbors were young teenagers who smoked in the rooms and were pretty loud .

Only certain rooms able to use hot tub in garden, only saw x 2 people use it our whole stay- needs to be accessible to other guests who would use it

THE STAFF WERE PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS ESPECIALLY JAMIE. THE POOL AND VIEWS WERE AMAZING. CALM, RELAXED ATMOSPHERE OVERALL.

Great breakfast, descent pool. Value for money
The reception staff was not nice. The bar staff was great! Some guests are rather noisy, guess that's what you get when you book a cheaper type of accommodation.
