Everything was really good, it was a nice stay at the hotel. We enjoyed the pools. Air conditioning is a big plus and also smart TV. The girls at reception were really kind and helpful although we were speaking just in English. Buffet Breakfast - many options to choose from and morning croissants were just exceptional (I miss them 😍)

I would recommend adding some veggies to the breakfast. There were just cherry tomatoes and people who prefer healthier nutrition would be really grateful. Breakfast is from 8:00-10:00. When you come at 9:30 there are just leftovers.

On the main road. very noisy. long walk down steep steps to the beach. shuttle bus like a death trap. staff were (apart from Angelica) on the whole rude and unaccommodating. the hotel is in need of modernisation. the rooms were NOT clean and the bedding and towels do not get changed often enough.(especially considering we are just out of a pandemic.)

The breakfast was abundant, as well as the dinner at times. The waiters were attentive, polite, and efficient, as well as the receptionists.

The cleaning ladies did not clean the rooms at regular hours, sometimes early in the morning or late in the afternoon, preventing the guests from occupying the rooms before 4pm. They also did not clean the floors and bathroom very well, limiting themselves to making up the bed and changing the towels. After spending the first week at the hotel we expected them to change the bedsheets but they never changed them. However, we never asked them to change the sheets because we accidentally had overheard them complaining about having to change our towels every day. They were very unprofessional. Another negative point is that the hotel makes its guests pay for tap water.

ischia was beautiful

The room was clean and comfortable for the length of my stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. Nice clean outdoor pool and amenities. Free pick up/drop off shuttle to/from Forio port. Bus stop not too far. Walkable distance to Forio.

The breakfast buffet could improve a little including more fresh produces and fruit. It would be good to place the croissants on trays rather then serviettes. Didn't try any of the made to order dishes.

This nice small hotel with the swimming pool is very home style and relaxed up on the hill, easy reach from Forio town and beach is very beautiful just few minutes walk (up and down using the stairs). I really enjoyed my one week vacation. The position is very good, green, the beach is comfortable, few shops are nearby, you may find all you need, you may travel around Ischia island. On front of the hotel is nice restaurant with the sea view and life music during the evening. The room is cosy with balcony facing up the silent garden with lemon trees and during the night you may admire the stars from your bed. There is even small tv I have never watched. The staff is nice and polite. I ask for a later check out and it wasn’t a problem. Breakfast is random and limited since covid restrictions. You may also have a dinner in the hotel but I have never ordered. I enjoy my stay! Good offer for a good price.

First thing: the aircon is really noisy so you can’t sleep when it works, I used to sleep with balcony door open, but then mosquitos came in.... second thing: there is no minifridge in the room to keep the water fresh ... I mean it is a 3 star hotel and it is normal to have minibar o at least empty fridge. This small thing made me disappoint. So, please, use it like suggestions!

The location is scenic, restaurants very near, shopping, small markets nearby,good transportation available, some history to explore and new friendships to be made. The breakfast is very good; much better than you usually get at a hotel. The staff bend over backward to assist you. Go and see for yourself.
