The location was very good and the staff was helpful.

We got a room on the top floor that unluckily had a top window that heated up the room quite a lot and the AC was not really working.

Отель находится в самом центре города. Все рядом. Номер чистый. Завтрак стандартный континентальный. Нам важна была охраняемая парковка. Парковка находится во втором дворе, что очень безопасно + там были камеры. Парковка была бесплатной.

В номере не было ни зубных щеток и пасты, ни шапочек для душа, ни тапочек, ни кондиционера для волос, а только шампунь! Все это можно купить на ресепшн отдельно. Это странно для бутик-отеля.. Нет связи номера и ресепшн, зато есть домофон))) ключ на семью из 4 человек дали один. по-русски на ресепшн не понимали, если кому важно.

Good location

It was good price and location was super good. The main street was within walking distance. Staff was polite and friendliy.

The breakfast was poor and in the hotel room was no air conditioning.

Reasonable to stay for one night if you do not have any other options.

Location was good, not too crowded, pillows were very good. Breakfast was good, they had scrambled eggs made of real eggs.

We made a booking for 2 adults and 2 kids however there was only 2 sets of bed linen and towels, we had to ask for extra. There was no porridge for breakfast. It was noisy when somebody walked upstairs in the morning.

Disappointing

Safe parking and ok brekki, but that's about it. Wouldn't recommend to stay.

No hot water in the shower. No air-conditioning and room smelled like it has been a smoking room at some point. Everything was written in polish, so when you check in you don't know what paper receptionist ask you to sing and they don't know how to tell it in English.

It was good :)

Toilet facility, the shower was superb. a trolley with every size towels bed were actually comfortable and clean sheets tea, coffee stationery was the best touch

there was a lamp next to my bed that i couldn't turn on because not attached to the socket, and i couldn't find it cause behind my bed or i'm not sure why.

it was close to the Main Street Piotrkowska

when it was raining the rain was dropping from the sky window, I could hear people talking and the washing machine was working all the time 😅. 5+ just for the hotel staff they were very nice 👍

I do not recommend

Cold water for bathing throughout the stay. radiators cold and set to 5. I caught a cold. I informed the reception about cold water. they said they didn't know and they didn't ask me for the room number or any information. the room was dirty ….

Location, and some kind people at the reception desk.

No organization and communication at front desk. We had to ask to clean our rooms otherwise it wouldn't be cleaned. Asked for a small lunch box on last day, one receptionist said yes another said it wouldn't be possible. One group had lunch boxes, we didn't although we paid for breakfast during the stay. The receptionist on the 21/10 was rude and showed no care for the hosts.

Worst service attitude hotel.DON'T GO

The location is not bad。but the apartment is old and small。The room is dark and the light is not good

This is my first bad review of hotels. It was cold in the morning and evening in Poland at the end of September, but the quilt in the room was very thin and the heating wouldn't turn on. I asked the reception guy to add a quilt or blanket, but he refused blankly. I asked him why, and he just said, no. I explained that I slept very cold at night, and the heating can not work at all.but he still said, we don't have. I had to put on my thickest clothes and sleep for three nights.then i got a cold. I don't know if it's because I'm Chinese, but from checking in to asking for a quilt, the receptionist didn't have a smile on his face. This is the worst service attitude I have ever encountered. NOT RECOMMEND.

Too small room. It is realy small room !!! No possible stay few days. No place complitely.
